Lupe is the best at this location, we can ship our items at many other locations but this is our go to for returns and shipping items, her staff are all so nice and friendly and helpful also.

I come to this UPS Store often, and Lupe is always so kind, patient, and helpful! Whether I’m juggling a pile of Amazon returns or need help with a business shipping project, she always greets me with a smile and makes the process quick and easy. We can’t thank Lupe Hermosillo enough for going above and beyond! Lupe made sure the piano legs and bench were sent promptly and arrived in perfect condition. The attention to detail and follow-through were outstanding, and it’s clear they truly care about making sure everything is done right. We really appreciate the extra effort to ensure everything got where it needed to be without any issues. Highly recommend!
