I pick up from here several times a week for work related packages. The staff here is great, always friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues with damage or missing items.

Staff was rude… tone means a lot, especially when you’re having a bad day, you’ve overwhelmed, and just trying to get through thing. You don’t know what others are going through… so maybe try to be kinder…the sharp/curt tone of the employee didn’t help whatsoever. I’m glad we’re moving and I no longer have to use this ups store.

Had some documents notarized, and Lupe was extremely professional, helpful, and patient. Mae and Mark helped as well and were both great. I will definitely recommend this location to friends, and I will be back!

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. I had mailed the wrong contents in a package and when I came back 40 minutes later Drew took the time to dig and find the package for me so I could switch the contents. Such great customer service!

I was warrantied that my package would be deliver Saturday and paid $127 and it was delivered till Monday. I called and was told I would get a refund this was back on April 26 and it’s May 21 and have yet to receive my refund.

DO NOT GO HERE. The employees were extremely rude. They didn’t acknowledge me when I was the only customer in the store and when I finally was helped, the first employee walked away in the middle of my sentence. The second girl who helped me, her name was Flora, openly mocked me and talked to me like I was an idiot. Never going back.

When iI walked in ...employees were very nice, there were 3 Ariel, Lupe, & Italia that helped me with a problem with my android I would like to say that your service was above and beyond and I appreciate the help...every time that I come here your service is ?!! Keep up the fantastic job!!
