Terrible banking system if the personnel inside are jealous or somehow doing worse then you they’ll find a way to make your day worse or harder. It’s ok for teenagers getting out of high school but if ur an adult looking for a reliable bank this ain’t it

The customer service with this company couldn’t be worse! The supervisor Sidney hung up in my face and was truly awful, you guys, please do not do business with this place for your own sake.

I arrived an hour before close with a small container of change only to be told that the coin machine was closed and wouldn't be reopened until Monday. So the coin machine has separate hours? This is beyond stupid. They also expect members to pay a 3% fee. I closed my accounts.

Wow, after reading the reviews online I see a lot of complaints but hardly any specifics. When my job relocated us to TX from Idaho, my wife and I searched for a shared branch and found this was a close location. We actually opened up an account with another Credit Union closer to home but it was not a keeper. So we did the shared branch for a few years. Our Credit Union in Idaho was bought out and yet retained its old name, but things change from mergers and acquisitions with companies. We decided to open an account at Unity One as the people have always been friendly and helpful. When we tried to get a wire transfer I was informed by our bank in Idaho that the maximum I could transfer at a time was $1500.00 and a $20.00 fee for each transfer. Anyway, I had a cashier's check sent and deposited it into the new account at Unity One. I can not say how thankful we are to the staff since then and actually prior to that day. Samantha, Diego, and Pricilla have all been great. The other day we had to have a notary and there was NO charge for the service. Bottom line we have no regrets about opening up our accounts at this location, in fact, it is nice to see people still have a great sense of humor in this day in age.

I would not bank here if they paid me. I used to support credit unions but my experience with Unity One CU has soured that for all time. I have seen better customer support at Walmart!

Willam is the best at making excuses on why he gave me misinformation and very rude I’ve been a costumer for over 5 years and when I have questions about my money I get left on hold very unprofessional

Hello, is anybody there??? Every time I come through the drive thru there’s never a greeting. Even after I send my slip up the shoot. They just send it back. A hello would be nice. To see if I need anything else would seem like a stretch, apparently.

The customer service of this bank is poor. They never notified customers that the bank on North Tarrant Parkway was closed so the faxes and voicemails I left were never picked up. Additionally, their online banking system does not work well and they gaslight customers into thinking its the customer's fault when really it is their interface. This bank is not a place you can trust your money with and the staff is poorly trained. There have been many occasions where I have deposited cash into my account and they miscounted the cash and I had to correct them. They make it seem like an inconvenience when you need to get a new debit card and the card they print off for you is poor quality. Also, hope nobody ever steals your account information because they will not work with you to recover those funds. I would give negative stars if I could.

Always have attentive and personable workers available. Have checking, savings and a loan here. I have been a member for almost 40 years with no complaints

I opened and account in March 2022 as a second bank since I already have another account. First they said they couldn't verify me, then said they ran everything again and had no problem. It wasn't until end of May or June that I even knew what the account number was. That's because they send a letter saying the address have been corrected/ changed. Never changed it what so ever. I emailed them on their website 6/24 and still have not gotten a response. Why do I have 2 savings account and 1 checking and STILL have not gotten a debit card, welcome packet anything. I can't do direct deposit because absolutely nothing was sent to me. Needless to say this account will be closing . It serves no purpose at all since I can't use it. The worst experience with a bank I have ever had!

Staff is nice, transactions are processed quickly. Location is accessible from the nearby freeway and businesses.
