Had some questions and the representative I spoke to on the phone was so rude at this location but that won’t stop me from going to other Ulta locations!

I get that Ulta gets hit with theft a lot but the customer profiling at this Chisolm Trail location has gotten out of hand.
One particular employee (skinny, young African American girl with tied back short hair) stalked me around the aisles during a recent visit. I came in wanting to grab one item but ended up grabbing more products to buy. I work in pharmaceutics so I read the skincare ingredients lists to make an educated decision. The employee who stalked me even stopped to stand in the same aisle, obviously pretending to stare at nothing while I read the products. It was so unsettling that I purposely tried to avoid just her. Eventually one other employee offered me the orange mesh shopping bag since my both hands got full. I didn't even have a purse or bag to look suspicious, just my work clothes and my phone. I wanted to buy more stuff but I felt so weirded out that I put some stuff back on the shelf.
What's also crazy is there was a group of roudy young teens grabbing display body sprays and heavily spraying it all over themselves while standing right next to other customers and not a look or word was given to them.

I scheduled a salon service 3 weeks out for 10/16/24 10am but when I showed up for appt, I was told by store manager that salon staff don't arrive until after 11am and I was not on calendar for that day even though I received confirmation text message day before which I replied to. Manager eventually found a cancelled appt (WTF!?!) for 1pm with a different stylist. Eventually said they had 3 stylists quit recently and probably appts were transferred to other staff. This still doesn't explain why I didn't get any notification of changes OR why the automatically REscheduled appt was then cancelled by new stylist OR why nobody there knows what the hell is going on. Mgr offered to squeeze me in 2 hours later- hard pass! Needless to say I willI not be returning to this location nor recommend to others.

The management here is super aggressive. I was shopping and a manager named Udy kept asking me if I needed help. I had already told her 3 times that I did not. I am vision impared and have sensitive skin so I have to take pictures of the products to read the small print on the labels. Udy confronted me and said loudly that I looked like I was taking pictures. As someone who values my privacy, I didn't feel like disclosing my disability to her in front of the whole store.
When I was in another area of the store another manager named Lena approached me and loudly confronted me again about taking pictures. When I told her about my disability, she said, "you weren't taking pictures close enough for that to be true." I was in shock and disbelief at her audacity and disrespect. I felt embarrassed and shocked. I've never been so openly discriminated against before. I'm definitely reporting this to everyone who will listen.

Go see Keila in the salon! She is a miracle worker! I dyed my hair myself twice and it looked awful. She was able to correct it with some highlights and it looks amazing now! She's amazing and her work is 10/10!

Every time i come here i have a bad experience the manager i believe her name is lupe . always rude i always get followed and wasn’t asked if i needed help once . weird vibes from the staff. last time nobody wanted to shade match my mom they acted like it was some sort of inconvenience . do not recommend

My visit at this ulta location was not what I expected. I was being followed around like I was some criminal. When I did ask for help, I got horrible attitude from the GM, Lupe. I would not recommended coming here for anything other than the great hairstylists that always give me amazing experiences.

Went to Ulta beauty salon last Sunday. I booked with Carla and was expecting just a haircut but she gave me a refresh on my hair color with no extra charge. I am very pleased with this and will definitely be coming back. Carla is the best!

My experience was terrible. I had a pick up order and I went to the counter with my barcode like the email said. I ran in went to the counter and was met by Anthony, I shared I had my order barcode and nowhere on the barcode does it say have an ID and he said do you have anything with your name on it and I said I have my order confirmation and showed him my emails. He said no I need an ID to make sure it's you. I said I didn't have anything on me. He said without an ID I won't give you this order. I then asked him to cancel the order. He confirmed he would cancel it, it's funny how he didn't confirm it was me but canceled the order ? This doesn't sit well, further action will be taken.*I don't want to hinder anyone going to the benefit brow bar Carolina does wonders on eyebrows!*

A bit conflicted by my experience. 3-4 different workers asked me if I needed help finding anything. 2 were helpful in showing me what I was looking for, but the same 3-4 people kept checking up on me and following me around. I was putting the tester eyeliner and lipgloss on my hand which I thought was acceptable, but one girl in particular wouldn’t stop staring at me from a distance and giving me weird looks. I didn’t mention this to the staff in person because I just wanted to leave, but a lot of the testers are completely broken or really old. Could use some quality control and less uptight workers.After reading other reviews, I’m convinced that management here trains their workers to suspect customers of stealing…
