After having a storage unit here for over two years and almost a dozen breakins so thankfull to have everything left out of here dozens of homeless people and even a tent city by the back at the creekside.Do yourself a favor and get a storage elsewhere if you want to keep your things.

Allowed my storage unit to be robbed. No surveillance. Very disappointed. Will never use them again. Still with them and still no surveillance of the area. Pathetic.

Fraudulent practices. Rented a 26' truck for 3 days and was only given 59 miles for a 69.2 trip And had to pay $60.68 (for exceeding mileage). When each day should have warranted at least 59 miles per day. Not just one trip at 59 miles.... Why would you not give at least the 69.2 miles that it would take to get from one house to another?

The employee there said the credit card machine wasn’t working. So he looked trustworthy and I let him write down my card number as he asked, so he could charge me as soon as it worked. Tell me why?! My bank called and froze my account because of suspicious activity the day the U-Haul transaction was taken? Let put it this way, the employee was getting a little too internet happy. My husband went to the U—Haul store and he tried to tell the manager there what happened. There’s proof in the bank statement that it all happened as soon as UHaul ran their transaction. He didn’t let my husband finish his sentence. He said do a police report go somewhere else. It’s not my employee. Don’t finish talking. Talk about terrible customer service and crooks. I don’t recommend trusting that location. Expect fraud on your account and them to deny any ownership!

On 3.15.2021 picked my trailer up in pawhuska, OK to transport my moms car after she passed a week ago. Pick up of my trailer was great, service man hooked trailer up, had me drive car onto trailer, then strapped car onto for trip to Fort worth, fast and great service. Drove back went to Fort worth Alta mesa location next day to drop off trailer. Went into left drop off lane, stayed in car for drop off as sign stated. Waited 10 min, then a uhaul van pulled up in other drop off lane. A guy had been sitting in a uhal van 50 feet in front of me facing my way, I thought was a customer, he got out continued on phone to his face over to us in no hurry(later found out name of was Donald name was told by him did not verify by a name tag). Went to other car and helped them. It looked like van that pulled up was driven by a uhaul employee that was dropping off. Drop off person left and he did not come over to me to see why I was waiting in drop off lane. I got out of car walked upto Donald about 5 feet from said clearly I need to drop transport off what do I need to do? Stood there with no response. I said again no response, so figured I was doing something wrong and walked inside. Waited about 5 min, person came to counter helped people out that were there before me. In middle of helping them received a call from outside wanting to know what was up with my car. Asked me if was mine. Yes. Explained I had been out there with no help and Donald was not responsive to me. Said to go back out, did so. Donald was imediately argumentative with me asked me what I wanted. I said I needed to drop off trailer. He said he did not do what I needed. I explained in pawhuska tech strapped car down hooked up trailer and I put car on trailer. He said I don't do that and got back on his phone. I stood there for a bit wondering what on earth was going on with this guy, he really does not like me. I asked what is happening. He said I don't do dat in a non pro manner. I told him you are not being professional. He said same again and got on his cb. I moved to front of car away from him was not sure what to think. Another guy Thomas came out went back to trailer spoke to Donald who was not speaking good about me. Thomas began disconnecting trailer, Donald walked past me in 100% sarcastic/gangster tone to me said God bless have great day as he walked by, not a tone Jesus would be happy with. I went back to Thomas thanked him, and explained how Don had no customer service mindset and made me feel weird being there. Don then came back I turned around he asked what I said, and I restated to him what I had just said. He became aggressive with me started walking back in and I restated that he needed some customer serv training and had made me feel awkward trying to just drop off a trailer. He then said "you are lucky I am at work sir, and God bless you have a blessed day sir". At this point I was afraid I was about to be assaulted. I asked for his manager, he said I aint no manager and went inside. I told Thomas I had a great customer experience with him, and was blown away by what had just happened, how a dropping off of a car trailer turned into me feeling unsafe & weird like this. I explained I would be notifying corporate of my exp with him and my exp with Don. I have rented 50 or so times from uhaul never had this happened, actually never been treated like this in my 50 year life.

Wasn't open !!! Needed propane 9° wasn't able to get it , usually great place to get it but disappointed they were closed

This is the second time I have rented a unit at this location. I reserved a unit online and went to the store front to finalize. The unit I got ended up being smaller than I thought, but it was no problem to upgrade to a larger unit. The issues are there isn't a light in my unit so it's very dark, there are huge cockroaches in this indoor/climate controlled building- which is a windy wonky shape not easily accessible for large furniture items. I was pressed for time and had to take what they had available.
