Get ready for this !!!!! If you are reading this please steer clear from this place or any establishment related to this company . Words can’t even explain how unprofessional and untrained this people are have absolutely no sympathy towards people at all I went to go buy a very specific vehicle mind you I’m 2 hours away , the tell me that the vehicle is at their warehouse “lie” never even had it showed me another similar over the computer I agreed to see it. They did paperwork and what not and then they asked my for the money upfront vehicle was never even shown to me . They said it down the street another lie ! And I said okay I don’t know why I ever agreed to hand over my cash but I did . This was currently 5ish pm that vehicle didn’t get here until 9ish they drive it from Houston I’m assuming because they are good as hell at lying ! I hope they read this ! Tricolor what makes you think that a customer can look over a vehicle in pitch blackness ???? Please explain how that is okay? Inner doors rusted ,chassis rusted , torn head liner , broken head light damage on inner structure! Oh snap I’m a certified technician that works on vehicles that why I would know all this huh?? Bet you didn’t see that one coming . Now for the fun part insurance is a complete joke they say”we have insurance here that you can drive away with and if you like you can keep paying it. It’s full coverage “ they say well guess what it’s not it’s lesss the liability ! I’ll explain briefly if you get there insurance and you wreck it only covers their vehicle the one you got from them it doesn’t cover you or the car you hit . Yes!!!! That means you are 100% liable for that other car you hit ! And for injuries sustained to you or the other party . There’s plenty more but I’m sure if you read all this by now you are on your way to a better dealership that truly cares for customers not a skimming selfing unprofessional establishment !

I highly DO NOT!!!I MEAN DO NOT buy from this place. Very very poor customer service. Had my car nd not even made the first payment on it nd the check engine light comes on. Nd of course when I brought it to their attention they could do nothing to help. Told me I had to make an appointment nd leave my car at a shop for a week just for them to do a diagnosis on it. Like who the hell can leave their car for days on in for them to check on a problem they probably already knew the car had. Then they tryed to lie to me saying that the problem it was having was not an engine related problem which my warranty covers for ENGINE RELATED PROBLEMS but was told it wasn’t one. Did a little research on the issue to find out it was in fact A ENGINE RELATED PROBLEM!!! These ppl are very greedy nd their customer service is a P.O.S!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! FK TRICOLOR!!!! John Mercado with the black 2019 Impala said this nd I stand on every word I said.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We went in to look at a car that they had posted online on Facebook saying it was there at that location.. when I got there I seen it was tricolor but I decided to give it a try since I was already there .. I didn’t see the car on the lot and they told me it was in the warehouse they would bring it in a little bit. They told me we could start talking numbers first while they bring it , they had me give them the down payment first before looking at it (which I’ve never heard of) but they said I would get my money back no problem if I didn’t like it.. so I was like okay let’s do it. Once I gave the money they came back and told me the car wasn’t there , it was in Houston .. to go back the next day to look at it .. that was another bad sign , once the car came in I decided I didn’t want it & told them I wanted my money back .. they then told me I had to wait to get a check back from the company for the down payment I gave them .. they put the request for the refund a whole week after I said I wanted my refund .. then they took a whole month to give me my money back, I kept calling/texting them about an update on it & they wouldn’t answer me at all. After doing some research I found a number online to call for customer service and they would all just tell me they didn’t have any update to call back again the next day every single time .. until one day they said they already sent the check , to call the location where I went .. so I did and still no answer from them. After all they are not communicative & have horrible customer service… don’t waste your time going there.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! We drove out over an Hour just to look at a vehicle they told us they had in stock. They didn’t even have the car! They don’t even have the cars they’re advertising. They say they sold all they’re full sized cars “yesterday” which is a horrible excuse
