I was looking to purchase a used car that they had listed on their website. I contacted them asking for an out the door price and they added an additional 1200 dollar from their listed price. I asked for a breakdown of the final price and it showed additional add ons like used reconditioning fee of 1200 and non tax fees of 250. What they list on the web site and what they charge you are two different things. Runaway from them.

y'all need to go and look for Jhon Manchego. I arrived to the lot and walked around looking for a car and wanting to buy one same day there were multiple employees outside sitting on a bench but none of them came to check up on me. I decided to enter the building to look for help and Jhon caught me walking in and asked if I needed help. He was on his way out for break and still took the time to help me out. even though I was very specific and stubborn he helped me find the right car and kept it straight to the point and yet explained thing to me (a first time car buyer) he helped me understand all the terms I never heard of and even helped me get a good price in my opinion for the car. I said it once and I said it again....LOOK FOR JHON he is amazing friendly and will not belittle you or talk to you like a kid.

Never had an issue buying or servicing at this location. The appointment times are hit or miss considering how busy it is, how staffed, etc. worked with Greg and Doug in the service department the last few times I've been and they were great.

We took our Tundra in for oil change and to look at the motor for the sun roof, it was making bad grinding noise if you tried to open it. They told us the repair for the sun roof would be over $4,000 we declined the repair. So they changed us a diagnostic fee of $205.00 that was worded almost identical to Google about why the motor grinds. It ended up being a $341.09 oil change that day! Not impressed! Not going back!

I came in for a license plate bracket because the dealership I purchased my Toyota from neglected to install one, despite asking several times. It was less than $20 and they installed it for free. Everyone in the parts department was incredibly friendly. Just didn't expect the attention to detail for such a minor purchase. I think their courtesy is worth the time for a review.

I hate to write a review, but here we are....What's the point of making an appointment if you won't be seen until an hour half later? I would have been less mad if they let me know a heads up. Maybe I'm in the wrong, but I can't wait all day for an oil change.

My husband believes that the water pump of our Prius has reached its lifespan. He checked the price online and found that the Toyota of Lewisville offered lower price than the Toyota of Fort Worth. I sometimes run errands in Lewisville and can stop by the Toyota of Lewisville to get the water pump; but since my husband and I believe in supporting the local business in our hometown, I called the Toyota of Fort Worth Parts Department and talked to Victor Mari. Victor was very courteous and helpful. He verified that the water pump was in stock then told me that he could do price match as long as it's the same part number. When I came, he had already gotten the water pump out ready for me to purchase. I showed him the search result. After he verified the part number and the price, he processed his price match promise. I strongly believe that Victor's courteous manners and trustworthy trait helped my business transaction with him easy, quick and hassle-free.

If you like to get wined and dined before you get boned then you'll hate it here, they just bone ya! Sales manager tried to corner me and tell me I had to take the car off the lot tonight "so I owned it" and then would be stuck in the contract after I figured out there was something wrong with the car that I was trying to buy (2021 gray Honda Civic sport, don't buy it it's gonna break down on you). All of the workers are really missing out on a life on Broadway because the show they put on when you tell them that you're not interested is impressive!!

Awful experience trying to purchase a new car here. It doesn't help that it's not a buyer's market right now. They mark up the prices way too much and will add a bunch of unnecessary extras they say they can't take out because they know us buyers have our hands tied. Our sales guy was not helpful either, he didn't seem confident at all when trying to show us different cars. They were also very pushy and getting me to sign stuff.

I have never seen a dealership work so hard to blatantly waste a customers time.On Monday, October 18th, I contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle they said was in stock. I asked if I should fill out a credit form online so that the car buying experience would go by as smoothly as possible. They said yes. This is partly my fault for not being skeptical, but I filled out the Application and have a shiny new Hard Credit Check on my report. I get to the dealership and the person I spoke with is now "busy." However, they let me work with another salesmen who informs me the car is already sold and promised to another customer, but they have some used ones to show me. This would have been nice to know before driving down there during rush-hour, but fine, bait and switches happen, I just opted to leave. The salesman then calls me every day of this week and eventually calls my wife because the exact make and model of the car I want is going to be available. I speak with him and he says all they need is a deposit for the vehicle. I'm ready to send the card information over right away. They send me the information and then 5 minutes later call me back to say that because I am in the far away state of Arlington TX (25 minutes away), they can't take reservations from my location without adding an additional $10K to the vehicle...So I just let them know I wasn't interested at that point as I don't like throwing money away. They then call me back and let me know that if I can get the paper work from a dealership in Arlington detailing the price of the same make, model, and year, they can match that price without the additional $10K. Lots of hoops to jump through for someone who could have turned into a loyal customer, but whatever, the dealership in Arlington is cool. I get the paperwork for the exact make and model. It was even more than 1K less of what they were trying to sell the car for. I send it over and they call me again, break their promise, and say that it will still cost me 10K extra. So, I called around to other dealerships and asked about this 10K premium and not one of them knew what they were talking about. What I can defer from this is that they wanted to shock me with a 10K surcharge, but then say they'll "price match" with a vehicle from Arlington that costs a few thousand more, and hopefully get $2-4K extra out of me. They just didn't count on me working with an actual reputable dealership and show them the same model for slightly less. I think the car salesman that was trying to help me out was being honest initially, but his managers just couldn't help themselves. They had such a lack of competency that they would probably be hard-pressed to sell water in the desert, but maybe they wouldn't have to on account of them being so shady.
