The wait time for an appointment was minimal, as well as the wait time once I arrived. The staff is very courteous and friendly.

Dr James Ochuka has been my family physician for over 10 years. He is professional, loving, kind, and always wants the best for you. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are in the best of health . I will recommend Dr James Ochuka and the entire medical staff to anyone and their families. Saying thank you is not enough but thank you!!!!

Doctors are ok and I have been going here for several years. Be advised there is ALWAYS an extended wait. There hasn’t been ONE visit when they have been on time. Just plan on waiting. It will happen. This is true even when you make an appointment. Usually leave telling myself I need to change my primary care because of the frustration. Going to do so this time as I have waited an hour and 30 minutes and still have not been seen. They always have some sort of excuse but after 7+ years, I have heard every one. You all have been warned!!!As a side note….the appointment setters should be required to tell you the computers are down when they make an appointment for you. If you are a patient just getting refills you should be able to decide for yourself if you want to go on another day or just wait. Over 2 hours for a refill appointment. Made a same day appointment and not a word was said about it.

I always have a great experience here. The doctors and nurses and assitants are very friendly and professional. They always listen to me and have my best interests in mind. I also love the hours. I don't have to take off of work to go.

My husband and super sick kiddo are up at the office as I type this still waiting after 2hrs in the wait room and now an hour in the exam room and still haven’t seen the doctor. She’s feeling worse by the minute. This is stupid the amount of times we have given totalcare a chance and this is the last time. We have always had to wait for at least an hour and then wait in the exam room for an hour or more. Do not give them your time! There are plenty of clinics around who care about their patients time.
