I went in to exchange some sandals I was gifted, and the ladies went out of their way to assist us! They all made the exchange process simple, and guided me to a new size!?Will definitely come back when we take a trip out here again

This is a beautiful store. My only complaint is that each time I've been in, the same sales lady hounds me and just won't let me look by myself. I understand that they want to be helpful but all the suggestions, sales tactics etc. It needs to stop. It honestly ruined the experience. I was so frustrated by it, I left.

I forgot to ask the name of the person who helped me with my purchase. I just want to say that it was a very nice experience (my first time there) I wasn't wearing my best clothes and they still behaved wonderfully.

first TB store I've walked into, surprisingly large with a vast selection of goods to spoil your loved one for special occasions, promptions, birthdays, holidays, or just because.Friendly and knowledgeable staff more than happy to order something if out of stock.10/10 great experience.

Want to give a huge thanks to Karina and Behnaz. Guarantee y’all we will only be shopping directly from this store from now on. Had an issue with an online order and they truly went above and beyond. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service we received online but they made up for it times a million. Really hope Tory Burch keeps elevating them on their team because they are truly the representation of great customer service. Thanks again!

I went in last night looking for a gift. I was with my brother and the woman with the short white hair approached us several times, giving us information on the shoe/ bag we were eyeing . I felt like I couldn’t conversate with my brother comfortably so I would speak to him in Spanish in regards to the bags and his thoughts . She said “are you speaking Spanish, I don’t know that you can’t speak it “ . I thought I heard wrong, I had to have heard wrong . I see it everywhere and to think I looked past it . When we finally picked out the bag and were checking out I spoke Spanish again . Yet again she said I don’t understand what you are saying you can’t speak it . “ and ONCE AGAIN, I said to myself I HEARD WRONG , because there is no way this woman is telling me this. We left and first thing I asked my brother was, “ did I hear her wrong or ..” and he finished my sentence with “saying to not speak Spanish ?”.He heard it too. I got upset for not saying anything . I don’t know if the other lady (employee) that was there with us heard it, because part of me being mistaken from hearing her wrong was because she has an accent and speaks so low . I hope management knows about the comments she is making .

I had a lovely experience at the Clearfork store today. Loreta was the best - knowledgeable, friendly, but not pushy, a joy to work with. She helped me select the perfect birthday gift for a special friend. Please recognize her for her excellent customer service.

My recent visit to the Tory Burch store was a complete disappointment. The store attendant's dismissive attitude left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. This lacked the basic courtesy and professionalism expected from a luxury brand. It's disheartening to receive such poor service from a company that prides itself on quality. If I did not have such urgency to make a purchase trust that I would have given another location my business. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving Loreta’s customer experience.

Would never shop here! The staff is rude and very unprofessional nor do they back up the product like other stores. As a secret shop it was 100% fail! Go to Neiman Marcus or Nordstroms!

I recently went to Tory Burch Clearfork to do an exchange and make a purchase. Julie assisted me with my purchase and made me feel so special for my birthday. Afterwards, she followed up via text to see how I was enjoying my new purchase and she even remembered the special event I mentioned to her. Julie embodies outstanding customer service!

This is a very nice store that feels like home while shopping. We had the pleasure of shopping with B. She was very professional and helpful with an exchange from an online purchase. We continued shopping and found a few additional items for purchase, again with the help of B. Looking forward to our next visit.
