If I could give this a zero star I would. My parents took their vehicle here and we were told that the repairs were done, but what they did was put used parts in the vehicle instead of new parts. It’s a scam. Do not go here. Absolute waste of money do not go here.

Went in for check engine light, car was running, was told if I paid 750.00 top Texas would repair problem or they could just check what the problem was for 45.00, wanting the problem resolved I paid 750.00, cash, would not take my card,after receiving my money my car was kept for a whole day, went to pick car up was told there were other issues that needed to be addressed.engine light still on, was told I need more work done, if car malfunction just call them back,Drove car home. Next day tried to go to store car stopped in middle of road, called top Texas a mechanic came and stated what was repaired did not address the main problem, so in my opinion top Texas charged me for work they knew would not address my problem , being an elder I’m 71years old female, I feel I was taken advantage of ,and I’m writing this review so other elders will be aware, a fool and his money will soon depart. I’m not stating I’m a fool, but foolishly trusted when I should of been aware, of wolves in sheep’s clothing

One of my tires popped on the highway on my way to work, and this was the only place I could get to before it completely deflated. I got a brand new tire for $150, and they had it installed in an hour. Would recommend to anyone in a tight pinch like I was!

This shop doesn’t accept responsibility for damaging your property! Instead they will blame it on you.
I took my car to get an oil change, one of the simplest services that can be done. I discovered it was done incorrectly because there were oil puddles everywhere I parked, so to took it back the next day. They “solved” the issue free of charge by replacing the bolt. However, in the process of changing the bolt, they stripped the lining and I’m now looking at hundreds of dollars in unexpected expenses due to their negligence.
It’s amazing that they’re still in business and can’t even change oil correctly. 0/10, will not be going back or recommending.

The first time I came into your shop for an oil change, my car was fine. But I had to come back the NEXT DAY because my oil pan started leaking. Your assistant manager fixed it for free because he knew he stripped it out. The third time I came in was when you (the owner) were made aware of the issue. You simply don’t want to take responsibility.

My dad took our accessible van with a ramp for an alignment. They started saying that the oil part was leaking. Made it worse! Now when my dad drives it it’s shaking and gets stuck when turning. Do not recommend this place at all!
