I have been getting my cars inspected and my oil changes here for many years. Good service. Helpful employees. The free car wash is a nice bonus.

Thanks for taking care of me so quickly & educating me on the needs for my vehicle.
There’s several oil changing places in the area but I’ve chosen this one every time for the last few years. I’ve never been steered wrong. They’re honest & I appreciate the free car wash. Thanks guys!

One star because this place was AWESOME when it was Tony’s auto and because the woman inside and nick were great. Other than that, Quiks is quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had with a mechanic. First of all, Brandon is a mess. Good luck to the fella but he was either drunk or on something. Talked so soft(slurring his words by the way) while loud machines were screaming behind him we couldn’t hear what he was saying. Couldn’t spell my name to save his life. I have a common name and sorry, but there is NO name, uncommon or not, that contains an “=“. Tried to get me to get a credit card for $8000 and told me “it’s no big deal, I have like 20 credit cards and my credit score is really great!” I said I wasn’t able to afford it and he told me I wasn’t safe to leave the shop because I’d lose control of the car and possibly run off the road and cause an accident. I’m a 22 year old female with no one to ask about the accuracy of his claims. I told him no thank you and he preceded to say “well it’s no interest for one whole year. Your payments would only be $100 a month, which you’d know if you bothered to look at the application” my sister asked, “isn’t it $8000? In one year of $100 payments that’s only $1200 paid off?” He said “you can pay more towards your bill if you want to be done in a year” well that’s not $100 a month then, is it? Went up the street to a different place and was told I was lied to and only about half to 3/4 of the things quiks said I needed and they did it all for $1800. Nick was courteous and really great. I spoke to a woman inside(whose name i unfortunately did not catch) that was also a dream. So helpful and talked me through the endless list of things I needed done(printed up by Brandon), told me what to prioritize first and what is most dangerous to go without and really calmed my anxiety. Fear mongering is NEVER okay. Especially in a mechanic shop where you can scare people with the safety of their lives and their passengers lives. Brandon telling me I wouldn’t be safe on the road and trying to scare me into taking out $8000 in credit card debt is completely unethical business practice. He also called and told me “I’d like to get this done for you at no cost because I’m concerned about you driving this car. It’s unsafe.” When I asked why he said “I want you to be safe and happy on the road, I’ll call you tomorrow with more details” obviously I was nervous and ecstatic but the following day, he sent me a credit card application. That’s forgivable, a miscommunication. But still, odd for a mechanic to say like that…I even said on the phone “I’d like to pay you something, I wouldn’t want you to do it all for free, thank you so much” at that point when he knew I misunderstood he should have clarified but instead responded by chuckling and saying “you’re so welcome!” They did change my oil at no cost because Brandon forgot if I wanted it or not and I did not. That is quite nice, but is the very least they could do for me after everything. I will probably never come here again because of the mental strain I had worrying if I was going to kill myself, my family or someone else’s by simply driving 10 minutes to work. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I want my FELLOW SINGLE/FATHERLESS WOMEN(or men) to see this and stay far away from this money grab scheme.
