The car to care my products leaved me in the middle of the street and block it by itself. when I asked they have a little tinny letters that car will be block at 3 meters if you do not walk straight for the street. They are not even able to unblock the car. what a nightmare

Best time ever at a grocery store. Ya the items might have been slightly overpriced and they didn’t have the Mexican sour cream I wanted but the employees were so nice and friendly today. I also didn’t have to wait in line to check out and the store was very clean and well stocked.

Can’t believe this place has 4.5 star reviews. I’ve never had good customer service here. My most recent visit, there was absolutely no one in the store. 11:45 am on a Tuesday and I could not for the life of me find someone to help me checkout. One register open and no one at guest services. There was a person there on her phone with earbuds in and when I asked her to help me, she said she couldn’t because she was off the clock. She called over the intercom for someone else to come help and nobody came. As I looked around, there were multiple employees standing around reading magazines or chatting. Why is it so difficult to get stamps here. Every register only has one book of stamps and the employees never know how to ring them up. You have to go to guest services every time to get more than one book and they give you attitude for asking for help. I really hope they replace this Tom Thumb with an H-E-B.

I was pretty surprised with the amount of positive reviews on here, given that I find the food to be quite overpriced for what I get. Yesterday I bought a large container of strawberries and half of them were rotten. I also bought a salad seafood that was prepackaged and there was hardly two slices of ‘seafood’ in it. Seems like a lot of price gouging going on here

I love to shop at Tom Thumb cuz their products are always fresh and customer service is also very great. I love their flower department, always carry beautiful flowers. Today I tried the poke bowl from their sushi bar and it’s so delicious and fresh. I usually don’t do sushi at the supermarket so it surprised me. Definitely will try other sushi options next time.

If your idea of time we’ll spent is waiting 10 minutes for an employee to show up at the meat counter (even after calling the store), then by all means, this is the place for you. This has happened to me more often than not in the last few months and it’s very disappointing and frustrating.

The staff here are so friendly and actually care about their customers. Every interaction I have had has been overwhelmingly positive. Prices are on the more expensive side for groceries, but I am happy to shop here.

This location has the freshest fruits and flowers but beware if you use the Fresh Pass Delivery option they may not check the fruit, always out of stock on items, and if they use a third party delivery service like Uber you tip in advance and the driver just wants your groceries out of his or her car, bring your own cart, and don't expect them to help you carry them even tho you already tipped them.

I came here during the holidays to purchase a gift card for my brother in law. The gift card ($250) was sold to me by Corey the store manager. Upon him trying to utilize the gift card it reportedly had a balance of $10. When I alerted the store of the issue, they told me to bring all my info in along with the gift card. I repeated this process three separate times as Corey, the store manager lost my info. This personal info had details on it that should not be in public eye, including card information and other personal numbers. The response I got from him and from the district manager is Tom Thumb is not liable for this, and it took a miracle to even converse with them in the first place. I have attempted to call, and speak with them with little to no help. Tom Thumb took $250 from me, during the Holidays and this issue has yet to be resolved.

I cannot say enough about Lynette in the florals. She went so above and beyond in arranging the most beautiful bouquet for a special birthday. Not to mention their flower selection is so full of a healthy and diverse options, including seasonal choices! Excellent service right down to helping me carry it to my car. Thank you Lynette!!!!
