I tried using my air compressor, but it was not filling up at all. I called them and they were there super quick. They stayed in communication the whole time. “Manager, Matt Grymko, took 20 minutes giving be a concise breakdown of what his store offers versus competitors (e.g., Costco, Sam’s, etc). In conjunction with Mr. Grymko’s honest assessment (pros & cons of Discount), plus my own research, I decided that Discount Tire was the way to go.
If you don’t believe me, consider attempting to make an appointment with Costco. Better yet, attempt to get a flat fixed in a timely manner. I like
Costco, but they’ve got a lot of ground to make up before they’re on par with Discount Tire. Better to deal with someone who specializes in tires & wheels than tires, wheels, ladies’ socks, & $1.50 hotdogs.
Also, everyone I spoke to at Discount was very professional & well-versed in their trade. Facility was very clean, too.
