You might call the street Tim Hogan’s carpet store is on “carpet row” or even this area of town “flooring town”. There are literally three or four flooring stores on one side of the highway and three or four flooring stores on the other side of the highway… Tons of choices, upscale luxury, and super Duper basic and affordable.Most personalities seemed aloof or snobbish, but at Tim Hogan‘s Dalton GA carpet ( they sell luxury vinyl plank too ) Ms Tammie, overall was the very best down to earth person and her product knowledge is superior… The best part is, if she didn’t know an answer to a question she would get on the phone and call her supplier and give me an answer within about one or two minutes.I wound up purchasing material and instal of a pretty gorgeous vinyl plank click in even though previously I was set on glue down.honestly, everybody elsewhere knew their products, but only one person comes across as a friend, and even comes to your house to measure same as the others, but Tammie truly comes across as a partner in the process of picking the right product. Tammie is your person. Every single store in this neighborhood had products that I liked and would easily purchase…I bought from Tim Hogan’s because of Tammie, ……thank you ma’am for a great experience. I can’t wait for my floors to be installed next week. I’m so happy with the purchase I made!

We had a very exception experience getting carpet and LVP flooring from Tim Hogans. Tammy went above and beyond helping with product selection and letting us take many samples home to see how it would work. And the price was the most competitive. The flooring installers were also very good and addressed my unique requirements. This is the second time I have used Tim Hogan's and it will be my first stop the next time.

Shopped many floor companies before deciding on Tim Hogans in Haltom City. Could not have asked for better service throughout. I was very picky about selecting just the right vinyl plank for my house and they had tons of samples. Ultimately decided to have their crews install th floor after getting a few bids, new floor thru entire house except bathrooms. Their crew were perfectionist got the floor perfectly level (difficult because we added a room that wasn’t perfectly level), with clean fireplace under cut and I’m so happy with the final look, as well they cleaned up nicely. Thank you again Tammy for all your service, updates, sample borrowing and patience to put the finishing touch on my home remodel!!

I’ve been working w Tim Higans carpets (Grapevine Store mostly) for many many years now. They have helped me w hardwood floors and repair, carpet, carpet stretching, LVP and most recently, wood look time demo and install. I’ve found them to have competitive pricing and most importantly, excellent customer service. I’ve also referred friends, clients and family to them and all pleasant experiences from sample checkout to install and completion.

Ive been working w the Grapevine and ******** store for abt 15 yrs now. Ive sent numerous clients to them (Realtor here) and used them on my own properties multiple times. ******* has helped me w wood repair floors, stretching carpet, tile, LVP and even area rugs from remnants. Highly recommend this company.

If you need carpet, you need to go see Tammie at Tim Hogan's Carpet! I had been looking for carpet for a long time and Tammie helped me find the perfect carpet for me. I brought pictures of my house, she helped me picked colors, she was honest when she thought something would not work, she did not try and upsell me, and she came up with creative solutions to keep my project on budget. She is absolutely fantastic! The installation also went well. I highly recomend this company!

We are very pleased with the professional service provided by the Tim Hogan store on Hwy 121 in Fort Worth. Tammy's knowledge of the different types of carpet and the range of different options was very helpful. She kept us informed about the status of the order and arranged for installation on a convenient date. After the carpet was ordered, the time to get the carpet installed was less than two weeks and the installation team did a great job with removing the old carpet and installing the new carpet/pad in our entire upstairs and staircase. Their seam work is perfect and the new floors are a major improvement to our home. We recommend this company for their focus on customer satisfaction, quality products and quick, professional installation.

Highly recommend Tim Hogan’s for all your flooring needs! We just replaced our entire first floor with hardwoods and all new carpet and pad on the second floor. Our salesperson, Tammie went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for within our budget and exceeded our expectations. Her customer service can’t be beat. She is a popular lady, so be sure to set an appointment with her on Saturdays.

I loved working with Tammie, and I am super happy with the flooring I purchased, wood vinyl strips. The gentlemen that installed the flooring were very meticulous, polite and professional; my kids actually missed having them around after they were done! If I decide later to change the flooring on my stairs and upstairs bonus room, I will return to Tim Hogan's Dalton Ga Carpet Outlet! :) <3
