Called to get information about floor tile for a project. The person answering the phone was rude and seemed uninterested in helping. I thought it might be a fluke so I drove to the showroom a week later. I encountered the exact same treatment. I wanted to see tile samples for an upcoming project and after several minutes of totally irrelevant questions I was told "Well, you know we don't have tile here that you can take home today. It has to be ordered". I have GC'd a dozen or more complete builds and countless remodels and have never experienced this level of poor service on any material purchase.

Large scratches on large marble island countertop.Sent a gentleman by the name of Al.Learned he has been in the business for 24 years.This guy was incredible. All scratches COMPLETELY gone.Look nowhere else. These guys are great!!Services: Marble polishing

My experience was the same as some others here. I can only assume that unless you are planning on spending huge dollars with them, they don't seem to want your business. I needed counter tops for my kitchen and was only a $3200 quote so I guess it was not worth their time. The sales lady was helpful the two times I came in to pick out what I wanted and they have a great selection but would never follow up so I gave up and went to Natural Stone on Camp Bowie and had my new counter tops installed in less than a week. I'll be redoing my bathrooms soon and you know where I'll go.I would give a one star if it was not the fact that they have a large selection and if you can get any service from them, they probably do good work. I just think they need to go wholesale only and not try to cater to the general public as it was a waste of my valuable time.

We have done business with TMGW since 1997. They are 5 star in everything they do. They stock the best products, help you make decisions, and always do a good job. They are courteous and willing to do a small job or your whole house. I highly recommend them!

I built a home back in 2015 and really enjoyed working with TMGW. Fast forward to 2018 and I am adding an outdoor kitchen and can’t even get them to give me the time of day, let alone look at their remnant pieces. Business must be good but don’t bother them with small projects.

TMGW just did a restoration job on our existing granite and marble and also added new granite as a backsplash behind my kitchen sink in lieu of the tiles, matching the existing granite perfectly...they re-grouted and re-caulked all bathrooms/kitchen...and cleaned/polished/sealed the marble counter in my vanity area of the bathroom...it looks like new and I truly thought there was no hope on that...call David, the Owner...he was spot on and delightful to work with! Rafael and his working partner were delightful/professional/courteous as well...Frank and I are so happy with the results!

I've used them twice thus far for custom countertops and tile work in my homes. The materials are very high quality but it is a very disorganized organization who you always seem to have to follow up with. I think they cater to the big contractors which makes sense but isn't a great experience for the normal homeowner wanting to do upgrades. Cost is reasonable and a good selection of slabs to choose from. Very poor sales support and updates

We had an excellent experience with Tile Marble and Granite works. Had granite installed in our kitchen and from the sales rep to the installers, it was a smooth and easy process. We spent a long time and multiple occasions out in the granite yard making a decision. The sales rep was helpful and we never felt rushed. Installers were very professional and did a beautiful job. Will definitely be using Tile marble and granite works for the rest of our projects.
