I am giving our tech, *****, a five star review. He was informative, patient, courteous, and was able to teach two beginners how to easily run our new machine. He has also responded to questions that have come up after our training. If you need a trainer/tech I would highly recommend asking for him.The Embroidery Warehouse as a business does have some downfalls. There was a lack of communication as soon as our payment was sent thru. Unreturned phone calls, misinformation, etc. We did buy a new machine and it has run well and they do have great prices. I have ordered some supplies from them and sent over images for digitizing (that was included in our package) and we are at two weeks with no response.

My trainer Jason did a great job teaching me all the ins and outs to the tajima embroidery machine. I highly recommend buying a machine from The Embroidery Warehouse!

I had an excellent experience with this company. They went above and beyond by meeting me on a Sunday for pickup, which was incredibly accommodating. Bryce and Arturo are fantastic to work with, providing great customer service. The used machine I purchased was upgraded with impressive features, making it a valuable investment. Although I haven’t needed support yet because the machine is so reliable, I’m confident that if I did, they would provide the assistance I need. My interactions with them at their warehouse were very positive. Bryce and Arturo are genuinely good people, and I look forward to purchasing all my future machines from them.

I was a little nervous about purchasing a used machine online however this has been a great experience. I’ve had my used Brother commercial embroidery machine seven years and it still runs smoothly with a beautiful stitch. The support from Joshua and Dillon has been great-they went out of their way to assist me in finding a part for my machine. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to buy another machine from them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!I cannot stress that enough. Horrible customer service and they do not honor their warranties. After a 2 month delay getting my machine it arrived, I got everything setup and it wouldn't stitch anything.I called and called until I got lucky one day and they answered. Dillon acted so understanding and said he would help get everything running and said he would call me back after he talked to a Melco technician. I haven't heard from him since.That was 6 weeks ago. I've been emailing and calling but no reply from them. I eventually had to get a Melco technician out to get me up and running. He informed me that whoever reworked the machine must have been blind. Then all of a sudden while running the machine, I had a piece fly off (see pic) and now its down again. The didn't replace the wheels, installed the incorrect hook, wrong needles etc. Needless to say I am passed. I will be taking legal action next. This is just some of what I have gone through with these guys. DO NOT BUY!! Save yourself a lot of headaches. I wish I could give zero stars.Update from my 1sr review. If it were possible, things have gotten even worse! I have talked to 3 different people about my issues and everyone keeps passing the buck. I was told a technician would be contacting shortly. That was about a month ago. I was also told the technician was busy with other things and I could try to call him myself.As I stated before I truly wish I could give this company zero stars, but even that would be too much.#stillwaiting

Lewis was an excellent source for learning to use our new embroidery machines at Los Fresnos High School. He took the time to share some embroidery knowledge with our students and had everyone feeling like Pro Garment Decorators by the time he finished!

Bought a 6 head embroidery machine from them in January of 2023. Machine died in September of 2023, within the 1 year warranty. They asked me to send parts to them and they will fix and send back. Did that, but machine still doesn't work, and they won't respond to me anymore. Very upset, buyer beware.
