Excellent customer service at the store would definitely recommend if you have copies to be printed or any other service to be done. Pedro was excellent in taking care of our needs. He was courteous and informative. Very professional gentlemen went out of his way to get our documents printed.

I went to do a pass port expedite which they said they did. I came back with the picture some new guy send they didn't do it.
I had to argue with him that the manager side they and then the new guy finally admitted, he wasnt trained on it.

Well, the staff are highly trained, ambitious, courteous, professional and organized. I always use this ups location. Its clean, tidy, and friendly.
