We purchased tile from The Tile Shop with Scott Barnes as our salesperson. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had to have our tile shipped out of state and he went out of his way to ensure our delivery was made in a timely manner. I cannot say enough nice things about this company and Scott's professionalism and his dedication to his customers.

I just want to say Scott and the team are always so attentive and helpful. Very knowledgeable and experienced. It is nice that whenever we walk in, he is always there with a big smile and immediately helps out. One of a kind experience!

Would only recommend if you have thousands of dollars on your build project budget. Beautiful displays to help you decide what would work for you. The only complaint is that they have very poor customer service . They treated us very nice until we mentioned what our budget was for the project. After that, they just brushed us off and never checked on us again.

This place has a ton of different selections and decent pricing. My favorite part is Scott, who helps you pick out the best designs for your space. He will lead you through the store and offer a great designer‘s point of view. Wouldn’t have been able to do any of our remodels without The Tile Shop or Scott.
