I went in, first time customer, looking for a suit. I was greeted immediately by the very friendly Steve who zeroed in on exactly what I was looking for very quickly. I bought a suit, two dress shirts, two ties and a dress belt. I was out of there in 15 minutes with a beautifully matched outfit but in no way was i being rushed. Buying "dressy" clothes is not usually my thing but this was a great experience and I will be shopping at The Squire any time I need fine clothes. I highly recommend The Squire.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a men's store. I went in to buy a tuxedo for my wedding. The fitting went well, and I was told I would be called back in a week or two when the tuxedo arrived. I never received that call. I reached back out 4 more times over the course of a month. Each time I called, they did not have a definitive update and promised to return my call. The return call never came. I ended up having to go to a different store and pay a premium for rush tailoring because of the delay caused by the Squire Shop. If reliability is important to you, look elsewhere.

The Squire Shop is a great store with amazing customer service. Was in from out of town and found a few things I liked and bought. Then called them a few months later to see if they had the same things so I could buy more. They sent me pics of what they had in stock and shipped them out right away after they let me pay over the phone right then and there. Next time I'm in Fort Worth I will be stopping by again!

Truly a great customer service experience. Todd was attentive, took an interest in my time frame, found me exactly what I needed without tacking on anything I didn't and correctly matched my suit with the intention of the event. I'll be back here for all future needs and would recommend the same to anyone else.

The salesman very helpful in helping me find a new shirt and tie and finding a tailor to have some alterations done for an upcoming interview. The reason for the negative review is because of the lack of transparency when asking about their return policy in case my suit wasn’t ready (I asked because the shirt I had bought was too long for the suit as it currently was). When I asked about the policy the salesman redirected and stated that the tailor would have it done in time. My fault for not asking again, but I believe staff should be upfront and direct. The owner stated that he would talk with the staff, but wouldn’t give me a refund (only in store credit, unhelpful because I’m from out of town).

AMAZING service! We're blown away by how kind and accommodating the whole team is. They have a great selection of women's dresses, game day gear, men's button downs, shorts, and suits. They remember your name and make you feel like a person instead of another customer. We'd give them 20 stars if we could! Their kindness and customer service is unmatched to anywhere else that I've been!
