Do not move here. Most unprofessional apartment I’ve ever lived at. Took them half of my lease to just fix a dish washer. It’s still not bolted right till this day. The maintenance worker Ralph loves flirting and sleeping with residents at this apartment. The office is ok with it because they might or might not be involved with him. The gates never work they’re always open so don’t be surprised if you have stuff missing from you’re vehicle. The office knows it’s the kids next door in the section 8 apartment but decide to do nothing. So if you’re wanting to pay 2,000 a month waiting half a year for a repair, have a maintenance worker hit on ur wife while you’re at work and worry about break ins this is for you.

This management no long cares about the quality of this place. They let the landscape die, they don't keep up with the trash and they don't clean the breezeways. They barely answer maintenance calls nor do they do a proper job when they come in.

Worse complex from maintenance perspective.They don’t care if it’s emergency or not. One work order will take more than 1 week to get completed.My AC is down for almost 4 months now but they can’t fix it. ZERO ATTENTION FOR THE RESIDENTS. WORST SERVICE.

Please please please do not move here! You will regret it. Sometimes people are disgruntled because they didn’t get their way or you know how people can be. Especially if you work retail. Listen to me! I have lost irreplaceable military memorabilia, belonging to my veteran husband due to this rental companies incompetence. I would not wish this feeling on anyone! Paying 2100 + a month and a verifying phone call was asking too much. If you never listen to a review listen to this.. go where your money and safety is appreciated. This is not it! It’s not the staff it’s the policies! The staff can only follow procedures taught to them. It starts at the top the changes needed for this community. Please beware!!!!

We been here for about 2 months. There is always new management in the 2 months we been here. I really miss Lauren cus she is so nice and made sure everyone is taken care of. I have called the office a few times since she has been gone. Apparently there is a new employee name Zoe. She is not very friendly at all. Gives bad attitude and do not know how to speak with people. I don't know who is in charge of hiring but they need better training.

I apply over a month ago and still waiting for the decision....Every time that I call they never answer and when I go she always say that they are waiting for the decision....How long it will take more? I need to move before sept 23 because my other contract expire by that time and still waiting for an answer.....

Do Not Rent Here!! 2 weeks with no air. I’ve made multiple maintenance calls and have spoken to the office and nothing has been done. It’s over 100 degrees outside, this is unacceptable. Spend your money elsewhere.

YOU NEED TO READ THIS!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If you live here, make sure you DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! These people need to be held accountable!!The staff is unbelievably unprofessional, including their corporate office. The day of move in, the unit was trash. (See photos)This set me back to where I had to extend my U-Haul and move at the hottest part of the day, up a flight of stairs when originally I was on the first floor.Days after moving in, my son and I experienced severe itching, hives and rash on our bodies, and eventually shortness of breath. This was due to mold in the unit (photos included). Although I meticulously kept record of everything, unless you pay big bucks ($600+) to have a professional come test for the amount of mold particles in the air, you don’t have much to fight in court, although I’m still considering.Upon move in, I had to go an entire week without doing my laundry for it took 10 days to have my dryer hooked up, although they were notified several times. I went an entire month without being able to use the kitchen sink for there was no hot water or pressure.It took multiple attempts, and weeks of leaving messages before someone from corporate finally contacted me. After submitting photos of the hives and my concern regarding the condition of the HVAC after being told it was cleaned, again, heard from no one for days. I constantly had to call, email and send physical letters in the mail to get anywhere with these people.Eventually, Jessica from corporate informed me I could break my lease with no relet fee, and provided me with $150 credit. However, this in no way made up for weeks of severe and painful itching, loss of sleep, the money I had to spend to rent another U-Haul, move once more, uproot my son from school and loss of wages, having to take time off to move once more.Since residing here, there has not once been a groundskeeper, cars are vandalized with no cameras on property. Broken glass and trash everywhere, neighbors going months without AC with record high temperatures.(Paying $1,625+ for 2 bedroom) The guest house is filthy with stains on cushions, no rubber on pool sticks to play pool. Gym has outdated equipment that is not maintained, doesn’t work, no sanitary wipes in station. Pool closed for most of summer, on and off, never maintained, trash everywhere.The thing that boils my blood the most is once I notified corporate and the front office that I would be moving, and asked for confirmation, they have, “ghosted” me ever since. Only sending notifications everyday informing me I’m past due on rent.This place is TRASH!! You’re better off moving elsewhere for there are so many new apartments in the area charging the same if not less. These people only care about making money with no consideration for their residents.Photos of the HVAC are after they were cleaned and mold was found. Second round of photos are the condition of the unit I was originally moved into. These ARE NOT LUXURY!!Nothing like when they respond with a generic response,” We pride ourselves on providing a luxury community with a host of state-of-the-art amenities and upscale finishes.” LIES on top of LIES! AI could have generated a more convincing response. Try harder next time! Oh wait, that would be too much for them.

DO NOT MOVE HERE.I moved across the country for work and my agreed move in date got moved back multiple days due to my unit not being ready. When I was finally able to move in I realized most things were not connected or even working properly. I have had a clogged sink for almost 2 weeks now due to the garbage disposal not working, I have called maintenance and the front office multiple times. Emailed daily and visited office. I have gotten 0 help and it seems like I'm not going to get any.This is advertised as upscale luxury living but it is far from it. Save your time and money and avoid this place like the plague. I'm seriously considering breaking my lease and moving to a nice complex closer to work.There is dog poop EVERYWHERE.The gates don't work so this isn't even a closed secure place anymore.Worst is people double park here all the time and they aren't fined or warned.

Worst apartment in the area. Pictures look Good in the website, Office looks good in person. Since I moved here I haven’t got any services as i expected. A/C keeps breaking up every few days, every other they day keep changing maintenance guy, work orders keeps piling up.I don’t recommend this apartment.

The Google reviews I read before moving in are correct. The air conditioners are all breaking down and trash and roaches are everywhere. The environmentally friendly pest control doesn't work and roaches are attracted to the vallet pick up. My air conditioner has broken down 5 times since moving here and it has never been fixed properly. It's extremely hot this summer and no ac has been killer. 2 months of not living here and moving back in with my parents because the air conditioner is broken. Edit: ralph has fixed my air conditioner I live near the aventine side and my car was vandalized a few nights ago and I still don't have my car back. Kids tried to hotwire my car and take it but they ended up wrecking my dashboard and steering station before running off. They don't have cameras at this complex but apparently there's someone paid to patrol that you'll never see. I went without any air conditioning for 3 weeks just after moving in, the wrong unit was being fixed and Santos was fired but Ralph the new guy is good. It was a nightmare to go back to my parents house and my roommate staying in the Hell. Still haven't recieved any financial compensation from the complex for the high electricity costs and no ac and vandalism.

The quality of living here has gone downhill more and more with every new owner. There have been at least 4 new owners, I lost count. There is often a lack of follow through. The landscaping has declined and isn't consistent throughout the development. Once the pool was closed the entire summer.A new problem developed here since day 1 of the new admin. The package delivery system broke down. Suddenly package delivery to our doors ceased from Amazon, UPS, Fed X, and USPS. The packages are left in the hallway. It got resolved 2 times then started again. They call it the mailroom, The manager calls it the same. Well, it's not a mailroom, it's a hallway. Why can she not get it taken care of once and for all? Like I said, it started when the new owners came. Follow through seems to not happen.A year later:Still going downhill here.All watering of landscaping has ceased. Trees are dying. The landscaping is a mess.Many apartments had mold and were left that way.New tenants have moved into apartments that were not cleaned from the tenants before. Appliances break down but don’t get replaced for weeks if not months. That includes refrigerators.They closed the pool a couple of summers ago for the whole summer.A couple held up at gunpoint.Cars stolen.Used syringes and needles found hidden in bushes.Buildings steeped in darkness.Trash piled high in the street and not picked up.Trash and dog poop problems.Too much!

**update** Issues with A/C since March. Many calls and maintenance requests made. Maintenance states that requests are completed but never actually show up and when they do, it seems they add Freon, but never really fix the issue, so I’ll give it 2 more weeks before it stops working again. I’ve been looking forward to using the pool this weekend, but again it’s closed for chemicals ( this has occurred the last 2 weekends). Can’t this be done during the week and not on the weekend? Pool gates are locked with chains with only one entry open when the pool is actually open, seems like a safety issue to me to only have one way in and out. Also received an email asking that you take pictures of your neighbors to report violations and they will reward you for your tattling. Instead of actually managing the property, they want the residents to do their jobs for them. Received my renewal letter and they are charging me more $$ then what they are leasing to new tenants. I will not be renewing. Paying too much money for no amenities. If i could give them 0 stars, I would.Extremely disappointed with the new management company. Garbage is never picked up and is stacked up in a heap at the compactor and the pool hasn’t been open in weeks. Receive an email that it’ll be open this weekend and again today, it’s chained. Can’t wait to see what they try to charge me for rent when i renew.Again the pool is locked on a Sunday at 11:22am during the summer with no notice or communication from the property (see picture). It would be nice to know instead of having your children disappointed when you show up to the pool, and forget getting any answer from anyone ever.

Update 8/12/2023: Amazon packages delivered stolen outside door. Gate still not fixed to deter unwanted entry and crime. Over two year of negligence and incompetence to save on expenses while running the property to the ground. Not to mention, the $500 month to month fees.I have been a resident 7 years, this is the fourth property management company and the most inefficient, arrogant and incompetent, by far.The phone is never answered as so many of the reviews affirm, they are severely understaffed. Half the time you enter the office for help, no leasing consultant is present. They have been reminded a couple months ago about their staffing and overall mismanagement issues with no improvement or positive changes to speak of. They will lie blatantly, vociferously argue their position to try defend their inability to meet the requirements of maintaining an apartment complex.Sometimes, the pool is not open in the middle of summer, with excuses galore; it is the emergency phone not working or the water isn't clean enough as the reviews suggest.The leasing office management is rude, belligerent and unprofessional. The maintenance technicians take forever to answer urgent requests like the air conditioner not working in peak summer. They act extremely unprofessionally in the leasing office, are arrogant and seem like they haven't been trained in customer service nor care about resident satisfaction. It seems to be the WestShore DNA and mission statement. "Profit over Satisfaction."If you are opted out of the Luxer One package system, your package will not be handed over to you when requested. They are quick to send back packages, despite being unavailable to address walk-ins because of the staffing issues.At times, the leasing office door is closed with no sign for residents. When it comes time to renew your lease, they will act unusually friendly and days later, it is back to square one with their degeneracy!I would not recommend this property to any future resident, these are existential and systemic issues which may never be resolved. Do not waste your time and money.

Shout out to Lisa, Alison and a special recognition of Raphael in maintenance. The team helped tremendously in coordinating my transfer. Raphael stepped up and handled key issues I was having. Can we give him a raise?? Pleeeze? ;)
