Honestly, living here has been a great experience so far. The place is super chill, quiet when it needs to be, and the neighbors I’ve met have all been pretty cool. The maintenance team is quick and actually cares, which is rare nowadays. I’ve had a couple small things come up and they were on it fast.
The property itself stays clean, and it just feels safe overall. I never have to worry about parking, and the location is super convenient—close to stores, food spots, and everything I really need.
The gym and pool are solid, too. It’s nice having those just a short walk away. I’ve really felt at home here, and it’s one of the few places I’ve lived where I could actually see myself staying long-term.
If you’re looking for a new spot, I’d definitely say come check it out. It’s worth it.

5/5 – Couldn’t Ask for a Better Place to Call Home
I’ve been living here for a while now, and honestly, this place has exceeded my expectations. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed—not just by the staff, but even by some of the residents. The community vibe here is real. It’s quiet when it needs to be, and lively when you want to socialize.
Maintenance is on point. Any issues I’ve had (which have been super minor) were taken care of quickly and professionally. The grounds are always clean, parking is never a hassle, and the amenities—especially the pool and gym—are well taken care of.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the peace of mind I get living here. It’s safe, well-lit at night, and everything I need is just minutes away. I can genuinely say I enjoy coming home every day.
If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just four walls, somewhere you can really settle in and feel at home, I highly recommend checking this place out. Come see it for yourself—you might end up being my neighbor!

I strongly recommend looking elsewhere before moving here. One of the biggest issues is the pool. It’s closed more often than it’s open, and this year has been the worst yet. It was only available for a couple of weeks at the beginning of the season and has been closed ever since, with no updates or timeline for reopening. Since the pool is a major amenity that many residents consider when signing a lease, I suggested they offer rent credits or provide pool passes/access to a nearby pool, but those requests have been completely ignored as well as any request for updates on our pool availability.
Just a few months after I moved in, the back half of our building flooded. It was very early on Christmas Eve morning and, because of the holiday, no one from management responded or could be bothered. Even in the following days, management was unhelpful and unresponsive. I literally had all of my belongings sitting in the middle of my living room awaiting assistance and the regional manager told me my apartment was affected the least and acted like it was no big deal. They eventually came to my apartment, pulled up the carpeting/padding and let it dry out and tried to lay it back down. They didn't address the drywall that got soaked or the outlets that literally had water pouring out of them. Black mold could be found in all the back half apartments and they just painted over it. It was horrifying to watch. The only reason I eventually received assistance was because the assistant manager at the time didn’t know what he was doing and accidentally agreed to all of my requests in writing, and the regional manager had no choice but to honor them. It was very clear it was something they wouldn’t have done otherwise.
Car break-ins and thefts happen frequently on the property. While I understand crime can happen anywhere, it’s especially concerning given that the security gates don’t work, and management doesn’t notify residents when incidents occur. They try to hide it. We had a couple that were robbed at gunpoint one evening at 8PM and I only know about it because I pulled up while the police were here and my patio looks right at their unit. Management never communicated anything, so my neighbors and I took it upon ourselves to alert our neighbors so we could all watch out for one another.
The walkways/hallways are dirty, there's dog poop everywhere, dogs are frequently off leash, trash builds up, and parts of the exterior fencing have fallen and are still lying where they landed. Overall maintenance is neglected, and they blame it on being short-staffed. The problem is, they can’t keep a staff because this place is so poorly managed.
Management is quick to issue threats and fines over minor tenant infractions, yet they take no responsibility for their own negligence or lack of communication.
I could continue, but I think you get the point.
The most unfortunate part is that I actually love my unit, and the property could be great. But the management company clearly doesn’t care, and it shows. It’s embarrassing that they advertise this place as “luxury living” when one walk through here would prove otherwise.

This is the worst ownership and upper management company ever. Ive lived here 2 years and have had 21 managers. Drain flies through out my apartment, they are not fixing the problem. The pool has been closed for over 5 weeks..and now its green. No ac for 2 months, gates never have worked, trash everywhere, aplliances all in the hallways. Me and my dog got attacked by a dog that ran right under the fence in the dog park THREE weeks ago, and they STILL have not fixed it. It is dangerous to live here and they dont care. There have been coyote sightings in the complex...look at the pictures and you know why. Dogs off leashes, unsafe dog park and exterior fencing wide open to anybody and anything. I have to carry a knife to take my dog out. The pool pic is of today...5 weeks after it was closed. Also 5 times ive had water pouring from my ceiling and my light fixtures....not one time did they even offer to clean up the dirty water. Work orders get completed without being done, Appliances are junk. 30 item move in list that included dishwasher has no power...pieces falling off microwave and fridge....that took MONTHS to fix.. and the answer has always been we are short handed...we will get to it when we get to it. You wouldnt believe it unless you lived here.

Don’t move here.. They lie about everything, unless they’re telling you “I’ll have to ask someone else and get back to you” Okay… we had ONE check returned last year and fixed it within the week but now they “can’t allow” us to pay directly from our bank, so there’s a $60 fee each month on top of overpriced rent… One handyman for all 572863 buildings so they have money… Greed is ugly and won’t get you very far so please don’t move here.. Awful management and no one ever has any answers or solutions… but always want more money?? Goodbye..

MIND YOU GUYS I ONLY ASKED IF THE ISSUES COULD BE FIXED BUT YOU CAN SEE BELOW THEY CANCELLED MY APPLICATION THAT I WAS APPROVED FOR 🤣🤣 SUCH A JOKE AND THEY ALSO STATED THEY SENT CLEANERS OVER THERE 3 TIMES YET THE UNIT WAS STILL DIRTY WITH A STANKY SMELL THEY ALSO STATED THEY DIDNT SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE UNIT TIL I SENT PHOTOS THEY DIDNT KNOW I HAD 🤣🤣🤣
Hmmmm where should I start 🤔 first off I was SUPPOSE to move in unit 5207 I had to ask for the carpet to be replaced before I was suppose to move in due to health issues well the day OF my move in date I asked to see the unit BEFORE paying and when I say I was soooo disappointed before I could step foot inside because the door was dragging on the floor when you push it open then I immediately noticed it didn’t appear to be CLEANED properly because it was still dried up mud or whatever at the doorway then I noticed like a “old” smell or like the tenant before may had pest issues and I don’t do no type of bugs at all I
noticed in the wash room there appeared to be MOLD and not only MOLD but the dryer was SUPER loud then I went into the kitchen area and noticed a white ring on the stove top the apartment just wasn’t giving “home” only thing that was NEW was the carpet that they CLAIM was the smell in the unit 🙄 so told them I would pass on the unit because of the issues above management
stated that the issues would be fixed UNTIL I asked if they fixed the MOLD issue all of a sudden my application got CANCELED and they KEPT my ADMIN FEE that I was suppose to get back and that I also OVERPAID 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND this is actually my “GOOD” version on the review OH YEA I HAVE A FULL VIDEO ON THAT UNIT

Do not move here. Most unprofessional apartment I’ve ever lived at. Took them half of my lease to just fix a dish washer. It’s still not bolted right till this day. The maintenance worker Ralph loves flirting and sleeping with residents at this apartment. The office is ok with it because they might or might not be involved with him. The gates never work they’re always open so don’t be surprised if you have stuff missing from you’re vehicle. The office knows it’s the kids next door in the section 8 apartment but decide to do nothing. So if you’re wanting to pay 2,000 a month waiting half a year for a repair, have a maintenance worker hit on ur wife while you’re at work and worry about break ins this is for you.

This management no long cares about the quality of this place. They let the landscape die, they don't keep up with the trash and they don't clean the breezeways. They barely answer maintenance calls nor do they do a proper job when they come in.

Worse complex from maintenance perspective.They don’t care if it’s emergency or not. One work order will take more than 1 week to get completed.My AC is down for almost 4 months now but they can’t fix it. ZERO ATTENTION FOR THE RESIDENTS. WORST SERVICE.

Please please please do not move here! You will regret it. Sometimes people are disgruntled because they didn’t get their way or you know how people can be. Especially if you work retail. Listen to me! I have lost irreplaceable military memorabilia, belonging to my veteran husband due to this rental companies incompetence. I would not wish this feeling on anyone! Paying 2100 + a month and a verifying phone call was asking too much. If you never listen to a review listen to this.. go where your money and safety is appreciated. This is not it! It’s not the staff it’s the policies! The staff can only follow procedures taught to them. It starts at the top the changes needed for this community. Please beware!!!!

We been here for about 2 months. There is always new management in the 2 months we been here. I really miss Lauren cus she is so nice and made sure everyone is taken care of. I have called the office a few times since she has been gone. Apparently there is a new employee name Zoe. She is not very friendly at all. Gives bad attitude and do not know how to speak with people. I don't know who is in charge of hiring but they need better training.

I apply over a month ago and still waiting for the decision....Every time that I call they never answer and when I go she always say that they are waiting for the decision....How long it will take more? I need to move before sept 23 because my other contract expire by that time and still waiting for an answer.....
