We just left the mattress factory after purchasing a king sized flippable mattress from the owner. He let us try everything out and really consider our options and answered all of the questions that we had for at least 50 mins. There was no pressure and he’s a saint. We are so happy and we are so looking forward to our new mattress after being on our IKEA one for three years.

I had a great experience for the second time here. I'm glad I purchased my mattress with them in 2017. I love that they took care of me with my warranty and I had a good night sleep when I got my bed yesterday. I woke up with no back pain, nor shoulder pain. I had to get new box spring due me using my old ones that I kept from sears and had to get rid of the bed when it started sagging in 2yrs of purchasing and they didn't honor the warranty prior to getting my mattress from original mattress factory. I made a great choice coming here. They are so humble and polite and has excellent customer service! The delivery people were quick getting my bed to me after pickup and the box springs and the prorate amount was a reasonable price! Thank you all for giving me many more years of goodnight sleep. I'm a happy customer! ?

I have bought at least half a dozen mattresses from this company over the last 20 years. All the mattresses are still going strong and have had no issues. Our guests often compliment us on how comfortable the mattress in our guest room is. Highly recommend.

In 2011, I purchased an all latex mattress from the Original Mattress Factory in Fort Worth Tx. It has served me well. I do like to shop locally and I returned to The Original Mattress Factory to buy my second all latex mattress. The owner and his son are very helpful and want to make sure that you are purchasing the best mattress for your needs. I ordered the mattress on Monday. It will be crafted and then delivered Thursday of the same week. I am so looking forward to a great night’s sleep. This business is well run and sells a well made mattress. I purchased my first all latex mattress from The Mattress Factory in 2011. Peter Duncan was genuinely interested in my needs. I am back today, 11 years later, to purchase my second latex mattress. I have been so pleased with the quality of the mattress. They are constructing the new mattress as I write this review and it will be delivered in a few days. That is great service. I'm looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress. They run a great business.
