The Harrison Ballroom was an amazing venue for our Indian event. We felt extremely comfortable with Mindy and Gabby as they helped us plan our event from beginning to end. Gabby was there during our event and was super accommodating throughout the night. She routinely checked in on us and helped when we needed assistance with the sound system. We rented out the kids play room that was attached and that was a hit for all our guests as well. We had about 180 guests, an open bar, and comfortably fit a live food station in the venue. The bartenders were also great to work with and always had a smile on their faces . We would highly recommend this venue and would definitely book another event here in the future.

The venue is beautiful! There were a few faults in the venue and with the owner. The manager at the ballroom is absolutely amazing, Gabby is so great!Choosing this venue even after we paid everything in full we did not get to speak to the owner of the venue. We constantly had to go through the grapevine to the manager and then for her to ask the owner for us. I came to the venue ready with questions the first time I entered and they could not answer any of the questions I had, I needed to wait to talk to Mindy(the owner). I had to call constantly to try and get through to Mindy. When I called they said that she was going on vacation, and I would have to wait until after. I barely had any contact with her during my entire wedding planning process, which is fine it just made things a little more difficult because most things I would ask I would have to wait on a response from the manager asking the owner. I found out a few days before our wedding that the previous wedding had just about blown the speakers out in the ballroom and we would have to provide a backup just in case they were not working. During the rehearsal the woman who was left in charge was very rude to my family, she kept screaming at my stepmother and we barely got to actually look at how the venue was set up for us because we were rushed out. We did manage to get a run though done in the chapel before going over to the ballroom, for a few minutes before being kicked out. I had $80 stolen from my card box during breakdown. We had to go around the venue and make sure we grabbed EVERYTHING because the cleanup crew was sliding boxes behind things and hiding some of the stuff we had brought. We spent over $3000 on decor for the wedding and during breakdown we were asked if we were wanting to take this or if we were leaving this. As if they were not ours that we brought with us and bought ourselves. The venue was absolutely beautiful but the runaround that I had with this venue was absolutely awful. I believe that once a venue has over $2000 and a contract signed that they would take their business a lot more seriously. At the end of the day Gabby will make sure you’re taken care of but Gabby is only one person and she only can control so much.

This was such an AMAZING experience!!! The Harrison Ballroom went above and beyond to meet our expectations. We celebrated my daughters quinceañera and Mindy was super super kind, patient and friendly! Prior to the event She was always will to help with any issue we had and made sure it was fixed no matter what it was. We also had a day of rehearsal where Mindys assistant made it so easy for us to rehearse In peace and offered her help if we needed it. The day of the party , her assistant was very helpful and offered ladders, easels which were very needed .We got all the help we needed which made the day so perfect!! We accidentally locked the brides room and they were super nice and came over to unlock it like twice. Their friendliness made it so easy to approach them with any concern. They have the best staff EVER! Wish I knew everyone’s name . Also the bartender was such an Awesome dude ? he always has a smile on his face and willing to mix whatever ? . Again Thank you so much Mindy and staff my daughters quinceañera was perfect because you guys made it happen ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommend and will definitely book again anytime !

Mindy is sooo easy to work with. The staff on site are so attentive. We hosted my daughter's quince here and it was perfect. The bridal suite is awesome and allowed us to get hair and makeup done on site. The chandeliers and floor plans were what attracted us but the customer service is what made this a 5 star venue

An excellent location for weddings ?. Parties very spacious during this time. All the things we are dealing with right now. My cousin had his wedding reception there and it was beautiful!! I recommend this location for large gatherings! Check the pics out below!!

Loved the Harrison Ballroom! After having to postpone my wedding due to COVID-19 they worked with me and were very patient. They were also very responsive and the communication was great even after all my questions. :) Everyone is so sweet and accommodating to our needs. The venue is beautiful! Very spacious and clean. During our wedding day they were very helpful with last minute changes. Highly recommend this venue and would definitely pick them again if I could do it all over again.

I have debated for a while to do this review, but I feel it is necessary for anyone wanting to rent this venue. The owner has 2 other event venues for you to rent out for birthday parties. My family had rented out their 3 different venues 5 times over the course of 1 year, but we were still treated with so much disrespect at the time of our 5th event. We rented the Harrison Ballroom for the 2nd time because it is so beautiful, but the 1st time the audio and mics were horrible. So, for our 2nd time, we came in for a sound check to make sure all audio would work. During the event, the audio started to fail which affected the time delay on our fashion show. The lady working the event from the Harrison Ballroom was so rude and tried to charge us extra to stay, when their equipment was not working. Then she tried to kick us out. We had to speak to the facility owner and explain the full issue. The owner was apologetic, but was never told by the lady working the event that the audio went wrong. The lady working the event only told the owner half the story. The year before, which was our 1st year using the Harrison Ballroom, we were told by another employee, who was the event coordinator, that we would receive the venue for free because we are a non-profit. We were advised that once a year, they give one non-profit an opportunity to come in for free for their event. Well, the employee never discussed this with the owner and on our way to sign the contract, we were told we would have to pay. We gave grace because the venue was so beautiful. We had issues the same employee working our event. She was rude and very impatient. This is a gorgeous venue, but I don't think it is worth the headache. We have worked with major venues before for over 8 years and this by far was the WORSE. Especially since my family has booked so many events with them. The way they treated repeat customers was ridiculous and unprofessional!

We had our wedding at this venue, and we were very pleased with the outcome. Mindy and the rest of the staff made this day less stressful. I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help make everything run smoothly. Highly recommend!

Even with Covid-19 going on the customer service provided was amazing. They have been very responsive to all the questions asked of them. We were even offered a private tour almost immediately in which we accepted. The venue is beautiful and offers a lot for the price. I look forward to hosting events there. Thank you to the very nice and well informed gentleman who helped us yesterday.
