The customer service is always excellent, even when the store is busy. I really appreciate that they keep my purchase information on file. It makes it so much easier to come back and buy again, or have a starting point if a change needs to be made in style/size.

Went to get my daughter new ballet shoes and a leotard. They had a good selection of leotards and were able to help us find the right shoes. Very welcoming and helpful.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My little one just started ballet and I am not very knowledgeable on all of the gear but they had it handled entirely! The staff was so helpful, I didn’t even need my list that I brought in because they had it behind the counter. All I did was stand at the front counter while they ran back and forth collecting all of the things my daughter would need helping with sizing and giving me knowledgeable suggestions on the amounts I would need. They helped size her ballet shoes as well and made sure that she had space to grow into so they would serve her longer. I was so surprised at the end when the man behind the counter told me that they keep record of sizing as well so when I come back to size up, they will be able to help me find the next size needed. For an inexperienced mom of a ballerina, this place is a godsend and I cannot recommend it enough.

Madyson and her team spent over 2 hours with my daughter finding new pointe shoes for her. They always go above and beyond but this was on a whole other level. I appreciate their knowledge, kindness and patience. Thank you, The Dance Shop!

This is one of the easiest, most dependable extracurricular shopping experiences I have had for my daughters. The staff is very informed and know what most dancers need based on the name of their school or studio. They keep sizes purchased on file so you know what you bought last time. The variety of leotards and dance shoes available is amazing for a relatively small store. We've been buying here for years, and will for several more!

Disappointed on their willingness to work with online customers. On my order page it said 35 days for refunds. Not only were they initially wanting to hold me to a 14 day return that is posted elsewhere on their website but the manager was snippy when I requested that they honor the 35 days posted on the actual order page. Once she heard that, she then responded that the garment was not returnable because it was underwear (It's basically a training bra that doesn't fit my daughter.) I am curious what is unhygienic about that- it is definitely not underwear! Do they not let girls try on leotards and bras at their in person store and then put them back on the rack if not purchased? Needless to say we will not be purchasing from them again and I would recommend they stick to in person retail sales until they can manage online service in a more equitable manner. (And hopefully they have now changed their return days message on the order page so that they do not misinform other online customers.)

The dance shop has great customer service. Each time we are there, my daughter gets the royal treatment. On our last visit, a very knowledgeable gentleman helped us. He was very helpful and has great customer service skills. Highly recommend.

It makes no sense that gift cards at this store can only be used for online shopping. A recipient of a gift card should be allowed the option of an in-store or online experience.
