BEWARE, SCARY WARNING: The CONSTANT TURN OVER of office workers is ? and they nor their DESPICABLE district mgr Amy will NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER call you back UNLESS YOU OWE her MONEY or they want to change your locks because they’ve LOST your keys MULTIPLE times. I WOULD NEVER EVER have moved in there had I known!!!! They don’t care about YOU. period.

Disappointing Experience - Parking and Mosquito Issues
"I recently had the opportunity to stay at the club at stone gate, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by two significant issues. Firstly, the lack of parking space was a major inconvenience. As a resident, I expected a designated parking spot, but that wasn't the case. I had to search for parking elsewhere, which added unnecessary stress to my daily routine.
Secondly, the apartment complex had a significant mosquito problem. The number of mosquitoes was unbearable, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Despite efforts to address the issue, the problem persisted.
While the apartment itself was okay, these two issues overshadowed my experience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them to improve the living conditions for future residents.

I've been livied at [Stonegate apartments ] for 1 year and unfortunately, the service has been consistently bad . The management team is unresponsive to issues, and maintenance requests take weeks to be addressed. The apartment itself is outdated and poorly maintained.
Specifically, I've experienced:
- Cockroach infestations that have not been adequately addressed
- Leaks and water damage that have taken months to repair
- parking issues
- Unprofessional and unfriendly management staff
-and charging for nothing
For the rent we pay, I expect much better service and living conditions. Until improvements are made, I would not recommend stonegate apartments to anyone . They take people's money for nothing

The complex is great! The amenities, groundskeeping, and maintenance is top notch. Not to mention, the floor plans and garages are very accommodating for apartment living. I highly recommend this property.

The maintenance at this property is the best I’ve seen in all the places I’ve lived before. Phillip especially comes in promptly, respectfully, and makes sure to always leave with a smile. I never have problems with anything he fixes after! I enjoy living at a location that values its residents enough to supply them with good maintenance that I can tell are truly happy with what they do. Only good things to say about Phillip!

I love these apartments and the maintenance is A1. I especially appreciate the maintenance tech Phillip. Each time I’ve needed something done, he has always came in with a great heart and attitude. I can tell he really loves what he does and he gets the job done!!!!

I absolutely love this community, I’m not too far from good food ,friends and a great time I literally can walk about 1.5 to the trinity river for some good fishing . My dogs love the size of the dog park ,and or nice walks along the trails. 10/10 would recommend for mom to even live here!!!

I would like to say (Phillip) from maintenance has been a real live saver, very professional, straight to the point , and always fun to interact with really good look for the apartments ! Would recommend to others simply because of the handy, understanding guys like him on property !

What a beautiful property!! I enjoy driving through and seeing grounds and pool area always so clean. Even the maintenance staff Rod is always helpful kind and completes work request in a timely fashion. He greets everyone including my fur-babies!

I would like to give a shout out regarding your maintenance guy Phillip. I came down to visit a friend for a couple days and he has been the most pleasant, professional and on top of things maintenance that I have seen in a while.??
