It’s very frustrating when they don’t follow their own published hours of operation. I called at 3p.m. To confirm my pick up the rep said the clothes weren’t in yet but they will be. I drove by at 4:30 with no one there, thinking they were busy in the back. I drove by again at 5:30, again no one there. I will now have to miss two days of work because they have all of my work clothes. Once, I get them back. I will not be coming back

They have horrible customer service! They have untrained kids working that don't keep track of your payment. They don't have your clothes ready when they say they will and then are rude to you and argue with you when you try to pick them up when they said they would be ready. I do not recommend this place unless you want to overpay and take weeks to get your clothes back.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! They are the most unprofessional dry cleaners I have ever seen. I took in my dress to have it cleaned and the breastmilk spots removed. My sweet husband took and picked up my dress but did not check the spot had been taken out so when I went to go wear it a few weeks later I couldn't because it was still stained. We took it back a second time to have them remove the spot and they STILL didn't get it out. At this point we had paid twice for the same job. The third time I tried to pick up the dress when they told me it would be ready, it was not even there and I asked to speak to a manager and the teenager working had to call one. The rude lady on the phone argued with me that they had done nothing wrong and they weren't "miracle workers" and they did their job even though they failed to get a simple breastmilk stain out of the dress 3 times. She informed me they still pressed it. (So you heat pressed in a stain you couldn't remove to make it harder to get out... that's smart! Thanks!) When I went back to get it since it wasn't there after the third cleaning, the girl working informed me that we had not paid for it, and I said yes my husband paid for it the first two times when you couldn't get the spot out. I paid anyways and got the dress home to see the receipt stapled to it even said we didn't own anything either!! I have never experienced such horrible customer service!! Do not take your clothes here!!!

We have been talking my husband's dry cleaning here for over a year now. Everyone is so nice and they do a great job dry cleaning his work clothes. Pricing is good. We moved to Fort Worth and we still bring his clothes here. Highly recommended!

Best customer service from a dry cleaners I have experienced. Needed a quick turnaround on a couple of items and they worked with me to help provide a solution. Very friendly workers. This isn't the closest dry cleaners for me, but today they earned my future business.

I’ve used them often and they seem to do well. Today is a different story. I’m here to pick up my shirt that I need for a wedding tomorrow because I’m in the wedding and they’re closed. Even though their hours on here and outside their door says they should be open for another hour. No sign for the reason or anything for them to be closed

Generally nice people and they do a good job. Walked in today and not a mask in sight for the two employees. I don't even see friends and family without social distancing so why would I risk exposure from my dry cleaner? Easy answer: I wouldn't. I won't be back.

Finding a reputable cleaners at an affordable cost is becoming more and more difficult. After reading numerous outstanding reviews, I figured I would give this place a shot. However, following a $76 bill for only 14 shirts, 1 jacket and 5 slacks I expected the quality to be significantly better than what I received. All of my shirts where still wrinkled in various areas, the collars curled up and only buttoned once or twice. It is sad because for as much dry cleaning as I do I would have loved to given this place my business but that is not the case going forward.
