I recently had them verify my I-9 pre employment authorization . This lady named Debra was being racist towards me, not sure if it was because I was Hispanic ? . I would think twice before sending a loved one to use this service.

My experience with Deb and Trey at The Box has covered a span of six years! The store is a vital part of the community and they have provided professional, courteous service for the community members. The have their finger on the pulse of the neighborhood and offer invaluable information service and assistance. Additionally they are ethical, caring people who do their best to help all members of the community.

I usually try to leave the complaints alone, and I normally look at the brighter side but in this case Deb was very rude and inconsiderate. I will not be back and I will not tolerate any form of disrespect.

Everyone time I go into the store it’s always an amazing experience. They ask follow up questions to make sure that anything and everything I need is taken care of. The way they treat me makes me feel like I’m part of the family.

This small family business is a perfect example of why I love supporting small businesses. Trey has been a godsend on last minute things I’ve forgotten to send and always calms me down in those situations. Happy to be a forever customer of the box. Definitely a hidden gem in Fort Worth.

Service was extremely expensive. And as of now, my packages have not been delivered to its destination. Which though international has taken over one month. She returned one call and has not returned any giving an explanation. I do not recommend doing business at the level I tried her. It’s too much for them.

I walked in to The Box and was immediately greeted by the owner, Deb. She introduced herself to me and helped me through a complicated process to ship something back to a vendor. She was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of money. As a business owner myself, I am truly appreciative of her business and will be going there for all my shipments and mail needs.
