Dave and Marilyn and the Body Firm is a great place to tone up and increase your core strength. In two months of working with Dave as my personal trainer, I have seen big improvements. The gym is easy to get to from anywhere and has plenty of equipment.I recommend them highly!

The trainers are patient and work with/around any health condition. The energy is good when you come to the gym, and everyone there supports each other. Other perks are that it is always clean and it’s in a safe location.

I am so thankful for Dave & Marilyn! I have always been very self-conscious, but since day one everyone in the facility made me feel very confortable and welcome! I have been training with Dave since 2013 and now, after having two more children, he is helping me one more time to stay healthy and reach my weight goals. I have tried different workout settings before, but The Body Firm will always be my favorite place to workout, the facility is clean, and the environment is great! Thank you for all the dedication and support!

Inursha Fitness is easily the best gym in Fort Worth. It's easy to get to, always clean, has all of the equipment you need to stay in shape, and has excellent personal training. There's a reason it continually wins "The Best of Fort Worth" year after year - it truly is the best.

Fantastic staff, kind people, great gym! Our son was looking at colleges, and needed to do dry land training. As we were from out of town, we called a gym near our hotel. The staff actually referred us to Inursha. We were so thankful. On one of the hottest days in Ft Worth, they had extra fans. Tons of great equipment, and very clean. We truly appreciated their kindness & allowing us use their great facility!

I haven’t stayed consistently in a gym since high school. This past year I’ve been there weekly. Even on days I felt unmotivated to attend, my coaches reach out to me and encourage and get me through a workout. They always meet me where I am at, even if I’m having a low energy day, back or neck pain or just plain feeling old. Dave and Marilyn are both fun and confident in their coaching. Less stress, more fun, feeling stronger and more energetic than when I began this journey. I’ve had a hundred stops and starts to be more healthy. This one seems to be sticking this time. Thanks to the Body Firm!

I love the atmosphere there. I have traumatic back issues & they specialize in working with clients that have these type of injuries. My trainer, Marilyn, is awesome. She provides the positive motivation that I need. It’s been 4 yrs since I have been able to workout & so far so good!

Predators!!! I went in for the “free consultant” then was practically pushed to give up a credit card number so they could set up payment. I pleaded to give me time to think about it, then kept pushing me to just give CC info and set up payment for specific dates. Reluctantly I agreed. I then proceeded to attend only one session the following week and was unable to continue due to work schedule conflict and relocation. My first payment of $110 was already drafted from my account. I felt that ok, I did agree, even though reluctant, let them keep the $110. I informed the office and notified the administration that I would not be able to continue and to discontinue the attempts to auto draft my account. They would not stop. I had to take measures and cancel my card to avert the drafts. But for some reason to this day they are still making attempts to charge me. Shame, shame, shame!!!!

I've been a "workout girl" most of my life, but life and busyness and stress got in the way and after a few years of being off my game, I felt like I needed a reboot. Like Dave says in his videos, I just needed my mojo back!!! Training at The Body Firm is one of the best decisions I have made for my health. I'm 41 years old, and have three kids. After over a year of training at TBF, I've never felt better!!! I recommend Dave and his team of amazing coaches for their motivation, their fitness expertise, and their nutritional guidance. As an added bonus to looking and feeling better, I KNOW by being proactive about my health that I am delaying (or eliminating all together!!!) the need to face the onslaught of "normal" medical issues and the daily choke of pills that come with them. I plan on having a high quality life going into my older years, and The Body Firm is an integral part of that plan!!!
