I asked the woman to please put tape around my side view mirrors so that the back covers wouldn’t get knocked off in the car wash. She kept telling me to pull forward but I didn’t want to put my car on the belt until the tape was taken care of first. After getting angry I exited my vehicle and wrapped the mirrors myself. The woman walked up to my car and explained why she wanted me to pull up but by this time it was way too late! She should’ve explained herself well before this point! I’ll NEVER bring my car back here and I hope you won’t either!

Great Car Wash, they'll even clean the vehicles Hubcaps. Other places don't clean them good and cost more.

Texas Star Car Wash family's owned, excellent ? wash service, employees very friendly and detail oriented. Is one of the Best Washing machine systems.

Not the friendliest customer service and very short hours. Also closed Sunday. Will soon be cancelling my car wash membership with them.

Take 5 car wash right down the road, waayyy better than this place. Don't waste your time because apparently you're a waste to theirs. They waited until they had already charged me for the car wash before telling me they close soon and I can't use their vacuum. "Just so you know we close soon so I hope you didn't plan on using the vacuum". I did, but thanks for the heads up after you took my money. Running off customers is a great way to keep them coming. Hope my $14 can go towards someone competent enough to put the correct hours online and some better staffing.

Awful customer service! Was thinking of reinstating my monthly wash club at this place today, but the cashier lady appeared as if she hated her job. She couldn’t even be bothered to say hello to the customer.

LOVE this car wash! Family owned and operated, everyone is so friendly. Not only is it one of the only car washes in town that fits my lifted truck.... But the wash is excellent and the vacuums are powerful.5 star place, highly recommend you will be happy you came here!

All the other car washed around have hiked their prices. One even going from $5 to $8 within months. Texas Star is $6 and just as good as any other place. I prefer local and family owned businesses so this place will get my business from now on. Very nice owner and car looks great!

Staff is very arrogant and bossy. The wash itself is filthy and didn't even rinse the soap off. I had dried pink spots all over my vehicle after going through there. Basically had to be re-washed to get it all off. I'll be using another location from now on.

It's never too busy and the wash is good. I do wish the vacuums had more power.
