Been a loyal customer since they opened just last year... and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure I leave satisfied. Every single person who works there is super friendly, eager to help, answer any questions, or just chit chat.It's also nice to have someone (esp a small business) put that building to use after years of being a vacant eyesore.

I bought a defected item and tried to exchange it but worker said they don't do refunds or exchanges and it was only an hour of having the item.or could be that they may be racist

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! My husband and I are here on vacation. We came here to buy an item and the guy was rude and extremely unhelpful. We asked for the price of the item and he banged on the glass as if we were dumb . Once we got back to our hotel we realized the guy sold us the wrong item but because we were being rushed and felt un-welcomed we didn’t come back to get the correct item. It’s 2023 do better!
