first, they gave my cat to someone else. next, their customer service and listening skills are terrible. got a cat tnr’d and turns out she had an upper respiratory. i called tcap to see if i could buy antibiotics off of them and the woman on the phone said i had to bring the cat in. so i rushed in before the vet left (mind you. i have a FULL TIME job) so i could get the cat seen for meds. i get there only to be told that they can’t provide me any meds bc it’s not surgery related. i get that but WHY DIDN’T YOU YELL ME THAT OVER THE FREAKING PHONE????? if you morons asked the right questions and didn’t seem like you hated your jobs and acted like talking to customers was such an inconvenience you would have been able to save you and me so much time and frustration. absolutely irksome. get it together, tcap. ffsEDITED: you gave MY PERSONAL cat to someone else and i waited 2-3 hours for the person you gave my cat to to return. my cat had a dental last year (go ahead and find my name in your database and please check that with the dental manager; exact date was 10/2 so you don't think i'm lying lol). and while the dental tech manager was apologetic, she was the ONLY one who apologized. not the medical director, the clinic manager, not even the person who gave my cat to someone else to even came out to apologize. it's either laziness or complacency. and don't try to pretend you care by saying "someone reached out" bc no one has or will and i don't expect anyone will at all.

I consider an average experience to be 3 stars. I give them 2 starts due to the fact that I scheduled 2 different appointments with them that vanished from the system. They don’t really have a way to make it right other than schedule you another month out. After this happened twice to me I gave up.

I don't think I have ever had a negative experience here, ever... These guys helped me fix a scheduling mistake I made and I am truly grateful for their efforts! TONYA in scheduling gets "EMPLOYEE OF THE DAY" from me bc she was so professional and helpful. She obviously cares! TY Tonya! I bring several TNR kitties to these guys, and can't say enough good! THANK U, TCAP FOR HELPING ME AND ENTIRE STATE OF TEXAS!!!

This place and the staff are a godsend. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and truly seem to care about your pets (rather than using animals to make money). Service prices are the best you’ll find. Give them a donation too, if you can - you’ll still have more money in your pocket than going anywhere else.

I took our dog there to get spayed. Everyone was nice, the place was clean and well organized. Her surgery had no complications. The low cost surgery really helped us out, too.

Took my kitten here to be spayed, even though there were quite a few people in line, the staff moved quickly getting to everyone. They were all super nice as well. Pickup was a breeze and all looks like it went well with the surgery. 10/10 would recommend.
