I was very. Pleased with the personal attention I received and the explanations Jerrad gave me on the differences of each system, mattress, and remote he showed me. I believe that trying a mattress in person at real flagship store is the way to go!

Bought the breeze in queen and got only the mattress. Then it took a week to get the base after they said they messed up. I asked them to throw in a pillow with the delivery since we were sleeping on the floor. They never got back to me. I canceled the order and they said they refund my money but then they tried delivering it still and just ignore me. Not to mention the sleep is not worth six grand
