I don't usually write reviews, but Tim went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect pillow. He patiently guided me through trying different types and sizes, which was essential since I struggle with neck and shoulder pain. Thanks to Tim’s expertise and recommendations, I finally found the right one. I've always used Tempur-Pedic pillows, and whenever I tried to switch to cheaper alternatives, they only made things worse, causing more neck pain and sleepless nights. I visited the Tempur-Pedic store at the Tehama Ridge Shopping Center off of 35W and North Tarrant Pkwy, where they're currently offering a Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale until Monday, 10/14! That was the cherry on top, and I couldn't be happier. I'm so excited to sleep pain-free again and enjoy sweet dreams. Thank you, Tim – I can't express my gratitude enough. This truly feels like a dream come true!

Walked into the Tempur-Pedic Store to begin the process of replacing my old Tempur-Pedic mattress and frame (downsizing). Tim was there to explain and help me. He was kind, worked at my pace while I asked questions and tried various mattresses out. After I made my choices, he followed through with phone calls to make sure my delivery was smooth ( it was) and then called a few weeks later to see if was satisfied ( very!).

Tim was great, we went in with an idea of what we wanted and he helped walked us through the differences as well as the pros and cons of each option. Tim was great with our kids too and didn’t make us feel like they weren’t welcomed, which has happened to us before. We’re looking forward to the bed we chose to be delivered here shortly! If you’re looking for a new bed, take time to go the store and learn before making your purchase, it’s worth the visit!

Highly recommend this location!!! Tim went above and beyond during our buying experience and ensured they could beat sleep number right up the road. We did have one issue (not related to Tim or the store, but with the delivery team). Even though this store is not directly involved with the delivery people- they still made it right and are dropping off goodies tomorrow. The fact Tim is going out of his way like this to ensure our experience ended on an amazing note is phenomenal. Definitely recommend buying a bed from Tim the man!!! Thank you so much Tim and thank you Tempur Pedic for making our experience that much more amazing.

The manager was incredibly patient and took the time to help us understand everything about their mattresses. His assistance was invaluable in helping us choose the perfect mattress for my pregnant wife. He was extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring we felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. This exceptional service truly made our day. Highly recommend!
