I had an appointment at 6 p.m. and waited over 45 minutes. My fluids were not topped off because the lines were frozen. My tire pressure wasn't checked. For the amount of my oil change, I was not satisfied at all. The service person was very nice but not very helpful.

Came to get an oil change at 4:25 pm on 1/5/2025 and was turned away saying the close at five pm. The only had two bays open with total of three cars between them. Very strange that they didn’t want my business.

They were friendly when it was my turn.

Was asked if I needed a simple oil change and they put me behind a truck that needed multiple services and as a result I waited over an hour and ended up leaving with out getting my oil change.

I arrived at 515 for an oil change but there were 4 ahead of me. They were shorthanded and only had 2 working that day. I didn't get done until around 730, but the guys did a good job. I was quite disappointed in the pricing tho, it was way higher than I was used to paying at my former shop of 5 years that closed down in Nov. However, I do appreciate the good customer svc that was given to me that day.

Two men working the entire 3 bay shop. Being under staffed is okay but they failed to tell customers that it would take an hour to get to them when it looks like they’re first in line. I had to ask multiple times to have my tires checked because in the rush the men were skipping every included service that they could. No fluids were topped off either. Truly only oil change with none of the supporting services for over $85. Very disappointing.

Very professional, everything was completed in a timely manner, didn’t pressure me to get items replaced but noted a couple that will need to be done

Awful experience yesterday - used to be a 5 star review
2:15 to get oil and coolant. 2 hours in line and watched multiple cars who got there after me come and go.
Didn’t even have the oil I normally use - had to use lesser oil - waiting for me to wait 2 hours to tell me that - awful.
Trying to sell me a filter after that - even worse
Showing me terrible coolant…..I get it needs to be done but why even think of trying to charge someone full price after voicing the concern of the wait?
Do better - you lost someone who’d been going there for over 2 years. I will also be sure to that nobody who knows me goes to your shop.

It was my first time at Take 5. Every employee was nice and knowledgeable. They did a thorough job. They took the time and the end to reset the oil life on the car. They covered everything.
