Seems really expensive. Then you charge for additional oil when you already know that you original policy is always short 1 quart of oil. Why not just charge the same amount for adding oil and make it seem like you are taking advantage of people. Why have a separate charge for a shop fee? Again why not just roll it into the total charge? Seems like you are going out of your way to make it an argument with your customers. Why not make it a flat rate unless it’s a hemi or 5.0 liter engine then charge for additional oil on a per quart price add. Just seems like you want your customer to feel like you are crooks.

Even though I was the second person there soon after opening. Three cars left before me. I understand the car before me had an inspection issue, so it took a lot longer to get to me, but two other cars should not have left before me. The man that helped me was very courteous and explained how they were short staffed at the moment, but I was still frustrated because it had never taken so long for me to be serviced at any Take 5. I did receive good information about my car, even though he sensed my frustration. Food for thought, have more workers scheduled for opening, that's when lot of people come to get an oil change. I will give them another go, but 2 strikes your out.

My service giving by Will was awesome. I appreciate him letting me know my wait time, giving me water, and letting me know all that was serviced and when to come back. I definitely want him to work on my car when I return.

I had my girlfriend take my truck up there for inspection and oil change. They took off my billet oil drain plug and replaced it with a plastic one. The bullet it not cheap and is a permanent solution for these types of engines. Then on top of that they removed a skid guard to change the oil and zip tied it back on. Because they stripped the nut the bolt was suppose to go in. Very poor mechanical skills and knowledge. Called about it and they won’t replaced their mistakes. Offered a 50% discount on next visit. To bad I’ll never go back there. Wth that’s just bad customer service period and which is not acceptable.

I intentionally come to this location just for their service. It’s absolutely the best service I could ask for! Will was amazing and did everything that was required to be done. Helped me change my filters, ans went over everything in detail about everything that was going on while my car was being serviced. I will continue to come to this location for service going forward! Thanks guys!

Absolute crooks . Told me I i must get the synthetic oil for 90.00 because the economy priced will destroy my engine. I declined as I've never heard of such a thing. Synthetic oil wasn't even around when this car was made so I guess people used to buy acuras and park them until full synthetic oil was created . Obviously they are pushing synthetic but are lying to do it . Absolutely the worst take 5 in Fort Worth. Every time I've come to this one it's some kind of bull corn

I came in for an oil change and inspection. During the oil change, your technician did something wrong and caused all the power to my vehicle to go out. The 5-minute oil change turned into almost 15.Whatever she did caused errors in the inspection. Also, my "change oil " still comes on. I respectfully request a do-over to correct whatever she did, and a fresh vehicle inspection.

We got flagged in right away. Sat in the bay for 15 minutes with no help or attention. Had to get out of the car to let them know we were leaving. Thanks for the free water, but we wanted an oil change.
