I’ve visited several Take 5 oil shops and they all have been outstanding! Very thorough and they show me the problem and don’t just try to sell me something I don’t need. Very professional and effecient .

It was extremely busy with lines in all three stalls but the tech made sure I was handled next since I was waiting longer than someone in a different line.He also saw my tire light was on and made sure all my tires had good pressure. Very friendly also

The visit was relatively pain-free but surprisingly slow; employees friendly, providing bottled water, but not terribly focused; simple emissions test took well over an hour because I was 3rd in my line

Was told 15-20 minutes for inspection. Ended up sitting in line for more than an hour. Saw an oil change in front of me take 30min. No sense of urgency from the staff.

I don't typically leave reviews unless I'm truly impressed, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I visited on Friday, January 3rd, around 1:00 to 1:30 for an oil change. The staff was incredibly friendly, and what stood out the most to me was their professionalism and courtesy, especially considering their young age—something I don't encounter often. It was clear that there was a positive and collaborative atmosphere among the team. I will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you!!
