I came in on a hire from a temp agency. I wasn't greeted when I came in, had I not taken the initiative to get up and give the lady at the front desk my paper I'm not sure if I would've gotten assistance. She showed me where I'd be working an introduced me to my boss and from there it went downhill. Little did I know I was the minority in the warehouse seeing as everyone was Mexican/Latino, playing/listening to Mexican music, I was the only black person with English as my first language! I get showed to the lunchroom where I was told everyone belongings can be put and that it's safe and everyone is respectful of others belongings, from there I get introduced to the ladies at the table I was to be working with and only one truly acknowledged me by looking up at me and waving. From there I was given my assignment which wasn't hard but of course seeing as this is a new job and something I've never done before everyone was trying to assist me including the boss, yet pressured me to get it absolutely right whilst telling me go at my own pace until eventually I'll be comfortable enough to move faster. I wasn't told I couldn't leave the line or that water and bathroom breaks were only to be taken on our 10 minute breaks! I left the line twice, once for the bathroom and the second to get water because I was dehydrated and feeling light when I was then followed and told to go back to the line! When I expressed I came for water I was told that we were to bring refillable bottles and that I need to return back to work where I implied again I desperately needed water she then says she'll try to find me something but I must go back to work.. tough times I bought a water and returned back to my assignment. Later for lunch, I go to get my belongings that were obviously touched/moved from where I initially put them. That was the last straw! I ask the front desk for HR number and as she goes to look around her desk a lady interrupts saying she can help me if I was to have a problem so from there I explain to her my troubles and that's when I was told that I can not leave the line for any reason, I should've used my time on break to get my personal needs dealt with despite labor laws and that my problem is technically my problem and cannot be resolved. With that I left and later found out that this place is known for shady behavior which is why they rename/rebranded!! 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU ARE MEXICAN!!!

In and out before my appt time. Dont park in the first parking lot with one dock door. They have a bigger lot just past the building with more docks. Park on the far end with the broken down box truck
