I can't stand a liar.
Chips MARKED as .59 each of 2/$1. At check out, it didn't seem like the discount was taken. $.18 is not a lot, but I'm about integrity. I told him to take the chips off. He said it took off $.18 discount. I didn't do the math until I left. The purchase ended up $14.31 ($10 lottery + 2.69 chips + .59 + .59). The cost SHOULD have been $13.99 if tax is .0825. ($10 LOTTERY + $2.69 CHOPS

Not anything to do with the inside service. Had a crack head block my door, then harass my husband and another customer. When she didn't get what she wanted she then followed my husband back to our car and screamed at us til we left. This is a pretty regular occurrence around here, but it took us leaving for the gentleman inside to tell her to leave. As frequent customers I have to say it was one of our scarier encounters. People line the front and sides of the building and try to convince you to give them money and when you politely decline because you are also poor, they get aggressive. It's unsafe in the day time and worse at night. It seems the only protection the staff has is to lock the doors at night and I don't blame them, however maybe more safety measures should be taken on behalf of customers as well.
