Service was great EXCEPT that whomever the actual Service tech was, left greasy finger & handprints on our door, sun visor and steering wheel!! We only saw it after we left.

The associates are very nice and the facility is clean, but my oh my are the prices outrageous. A small latch replacement is costing me $700. The service department prices are the reason we will never purchase a Subaru again.

Great customer service, very attentive to your needs and advisors pay attention to what you're explaining about your car. Very cool video of car inspection. Great waiting area, clean restrooms and free water and coffee. Just a great experience every time I have been to this dealership.

It took a while to get helped because we arrived at the same time as the lunch delivery person. But once we found someone to help all went well. We had an excellent experience working with Javier. My husband and I welcomed our second Subaru into the family. We were also given a chewbaru for our dog. Car buying always takes forever but the people were nice.

I placed a deposit for a Crosstrek, told it would be there in about 1 week, then notified it was going to be 4 weeks. I then went back to Hiley Subaru and picked out and bought an Outback Limited XT (cash, no financing). I drove it home and the next morning it would not function (all the electronic functions were "disabled" and could not even make it go in reverse). Miraculously it worked again later that day, drove it back to the dealership, left it until the following day. I was assured they had checked out the computer system and fixed it. I then got back in the car at the dealership to drive it home, and the same thing happened (all electronic systems "disabled" and unable to even drive it). They gave me back my check. They have not yet refunded my $500 deposit for the Crosstrek, which they said they would. It has been more than 40 days and no check. Very frustrating experience at Hiley Subaru in Fort Worth.

One week old certified subaru brought in for free oil change 1 of 2, and wheel hub replacement. Was told need to pay $400 deductible for a certified forester with a bumper to bumper warranty. Service advisor useless.

have now purchased 3 cars from Hiley Subaru and each experience has been outstanding! Ian reached out to me a month ago regarding my interest in an Ascent and was completely understanding when I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger but continued to make himself available for all of my questions. One month later, I fell in love with a certified pre-owned Ascent online. I called Hiley and Tim answered the phone. Within 15 minutes Tim and Chris had an amazing deal ready for me and I all I had to do was pull onto the lot. Chris made sure my trade-in was handled. They bent over backwards to get my family into our dream car. Adolfo guided us throughout the entire process, was patient with my impatient toddler, excited with us and made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. Such an amazing team. You can't go wrong with Hiley Subaru of Fort Worth!

Went there with son to pick up his vehicle which was getting serviced there, car ran fine but our insurance company informed us of some recalls that were listed to be completed they completed the services, but then told my son of additional things wrong with the car and tried to sell him another car. Now the services should have only taken 2 days to complete, it was a week later we were able to get car back, one problem they said was radiator was cracked ( no problem before bringing car to them) and in Texas we have been experiencing 100 degrees weather for days, no overheating problems before or after the service, they refused to purge the radiator cause of this so called problem, so my son and I purged the radiator, my son is a Oilfield supervisor who buy the fleet vehicles and contracts the service of said vehicles, now when I was there I was interested in purchasing a 2023 corvette, had my approval letter from my credit union already, we just would've had to do paperwork and send it back to credit union, I walked the car lot ( no car salesperson greeted me) so then I went inside the dealership and started looking at the vette I came to purchase, still no one asked if they could assist me, a number of salespeople walked by ( not with customers) and simply sat in a corner by the vette I wanted to purchase, some saw me looking at the car but still no one offered to assist me so I went and sat down waiting for my son, at this point I HAD to stop someone and asked to speak to sales manager ( I no longer want to buy car) just to inform him of this situation and to let him know how miserable his salespeople failed to make a sale by NOT simply greeting a customer.

Nice place. Limited stock. Were were in the lot looking at several models and not a single person came out to say anything. That's nice at times, but with questions like most buyers may have I'd expect them to pop out at some point. Luckily they didn't have what we wanted, especially for the prices that Subaru is posting on their cars. Eek!! We left to look at other imports.

They lost a sale thanks to their horrible customer service. Andrew is the worst.
