It took a while to get helped because we arrived at the same time as the lunch delivery person. But once we found someone to help all went well. We had an excellent experience working with Javier. My husband and I welcomed our second Subaru into the family. We were also given a chewbaru for our dog. Car buying always takes forever but the people were nice.

I placed a deposit for a Crosstrek, told it would be there in about 1 week, then notified it was going to be 4 weeks. I then went back to Hiley Subaru and picked out and bought an Outback Limited XT (cash, no financing). I drove it home and the next morning it would not function (all the electronic functions were "disabled" and could not even make it go in reverse). Miraculously it worked again later that day, drove it back to the dealership, left it until the following day. I was assured they had checked out the computer system and fixed it. I then got back in the car at the dealership to drive it home, and the same thing happened (all electronic systems "disabled" and unable to even drive it). They gave me back my check. They have not yet refunded my $500 deposit for the Crosstrek, which they said they would. It has been more than 40 days and no check. Very frustrating experience at Hiley Subaru in Fort Worth.

One week old certified subaru brought in for free oil change 1 of 2, and wheel hub replacement. Was told need to pay $400 deductible for a certified forester with a bumper to bumper warranty. Service advisor useless.

have now purchased 3 cars from Hiley Subaru and each experience has been outstanding! Ian reached out to me a month ago regarding my interest in an Ascent and was completely understanding when I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger but continued to make himself available for all of my questions. One month later, I fell in love with a certified pre-owned Ascent online. I called Hiley and Tim answered the phone. Within 15 minutes Tim and Chris had an amazing deal ready for me and I all I had to do was pull onto the lot. Chris made sure my trade-in was handled. They bent over backwards to get my family into our dream car. Adolfo guided us throughout the entire process, was patient with my impatient toddler, excited with us and made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. Such an amazing team. You can't go wrong with Hiley Subaru of Fort Worth!

What I thought was a great deal on a used Volvo was a rip off. A month after owning it I have to put it in the shop.

Nice place. Limited stock. Were were in the lot looking at several models and not a single person came out to say anything. That's nice at times, but with questions like most buyers may have I'd expect them to pop out at some point. Luckily they didn't have what we wanted, especially for the prices that Subaru is posting on their cars. Eek!! We left to look at other imports.

Went to Hiley on 3/31/2023. The process was pretty fast and painless. I worked with Andrew and Nick in sales and Ron in finance. They were all very nice and responsive, they answered all my questions and delivered everything as promised. I would recommend this location if you want a Subaru!

David H. Was our sales representative and he was wonderful to work with. I got a brand new 2023 Subaru Ascent Touring for a great price, great value for my trade, and great service. David was kind, patient and communicative. I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Subaru.

I have never had such a flawless experience at a car dealership in my 50+ years! I knew that I wanted a Subaru, but didn't know which model. Andrew (salesman) was informative and so helpful, but not pushy. I test drove the car I liked, discussed and haggled a little bit on pricing, we settled and off to financing. We didn't have to wait for more than 15 min to go into financing. All aspects of buying a new car from Hiley Subaru was so relaxing, and easy! I couldn't asked for more improvement.

We came in to get a Forester and the people we dealt with were unresponsive and uncooperative. We asked multiple times what APR they were giving us and they refused to tell us so we went to the Plano Ewing Subaru. I highly recommend that one over this place

Top place and top owners. I bought a Forester that is replacing a CRV. The Forester is much roomier on the inside and drives very well. One thing that I really liked was not going thru a bunch of pressure tactics in the finance office.

Bought a Toyota from the dealership for it to break down about a week later Toyota Richardson quoted me $4400 for them to fix it. I was told it needed a battery for the key it ended up I needed a $4000+ ECU as well as a bunch of labor to takeoff the dash and put it back. Not very happy with the way. They recondition the vehicle. They did not even bother taking the sapp off the car since it sat in Florida for quite some time. Overall a very dissatisfactory experience here I'm hoping someone can reach out to see how they are able to help. :/ My name is Alex Ruiz

I gave them two stars because I was fairly pleased with my purchase. Went back a few weeks later to lease my wife a new Subaru Outback. She had been waiting for one they had to come in. Went there the day they notified us it arrived. That's is where it went bad. My wife was trading in a 2022 Lexus. They did the paperwork and came back with just ridiculous numbers. They were $6500 below KBB value for her car. And $4000 below what Carmax had offered to just outright buy her Lexus. Ask them why, was told that Carmax is always too high on their offers. Anyone that had checked at Carmax for a price and then traded their car in at a dealer that this is absolutely not true. Even with the upside down numbers they provided I still looked at the numbers sheet. The monthly lease amount was silly high. I am assuming they just really did not want to lease the vehicle and wanted to outright sell it instead. As anyone who has leased a vehicle knows, the amount you pay is based on the sticker price plus TT&L versus what the residual amount the vehicle will be worth after the lease terms are up. Based on what they presented me, the Subaru must be the worst vehicle in the world when it comes to how much it will depreciate in three years 36k miles. Obviously we did not lease her vehicle from them. Wish I would have read their Yelp reviews and stayed clear. Now I am very concerned about the value of the Ascend I bought. If Subaru's really depreciate that quickly I am going to be upside down on this Ascent for years. I was really hoping I had found a reliable dealer in the DFW area, but sadly this isn't it. I forwarded the lease information numbers they gave me to Subaru customer service and they agreed that something seemed off. They have said that they will investigate and get back to me. Don't know if the really well or not but if they do, I will update this review with what information they provide.

I have used Hiley Subaru Service for mileage maintenance and small electrical issues. Decent care repair and explanation; however, scheduling has been ridiculous. I have booked 3 times for maintenance and oil temp light evaluation. I was not told that it could take up to 3-4 days. Why bring it in for an evaluation at 7 am in the morning, and anticipate 3-4 days? Is it for the parts? I wish they could explain the process so I can request a temp car. I know it is hard to get one because of COVID, short supply and what have you...but at least I could schedule a time in the future with travel security. Also, once I was informed that I could have a shuttle drop off, and the second time, I was informed that I could not have a shuttle drop off. Oh yes; and this upcoming appointment is a second time to evaluate my oil temp light. I know I will have to pay extra for the evaluation that should have been solved previously. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I am looking forward to finding another Subaru Service Center. Any suggestions?

Zero stars! (Daughter'S experience) The absolute worst experience of car buying EVER. She flew from TN to buy a used 2019 Jeep. ($48k) We spoke with Terran who advised we could finance or pay cash. Ran husbands credit & advised him that she would fly in & he could sign/ she would pay deposit or pay cash.. Would not E-sign, would NOT ACCEPT CASH. Would not reimburse for flights or even apologize. When asked why we couldn't pay cash, Ron said it was of no benefit to the dealership for them to accept cash. When asked who we could speak to- no one but him, but put the blame on his bosses. Do not buy a car from here. Go anywhere else.
