I wanted to give this place a good review at the end of my term, but they refused to give me a refund - even a partial one, after moving out on the first of September when they bill on that same day. That’s 140 dollars for not even a full day in the month’s rent.

The staff was always very helpful for me and my company. And was always kind enough to personally text me and remind of my payment and handle it for me to avoid late fees. Highly recommend Brandi and Storage Depot!

I just wanna say Brandy was amazing. She was very helpful from the moment that my son, my husband and I went in it was a super hot day. She went out of her way to even give us a cold drink. She explain to us how renting a storage here was a great deal and the rental process was smooth. I’ve been super happy with my rental. I would definitely recommend if anybody is in need of a storage unit go by and see Brandy she was great.

I have been using Alta Mesa Storage since I retired from TCU in 2007. I have generally been very happy with the service all these years but have been particularly impressed recently with Brandy. She is very cordial and upbeat and often seems to be scurrying around paying attention to detail and making sure things are ship shape. Her help and advice as I have been preparing for a relocation to Boise, Idaho has been outstanding.
