I called this location on 12/2/2024 and spoke with Mary about a catalytic converter for my vehicle. She told me the price would be $320. Once they finished the job, the price changed to $380—an extra $60. Mary lied and claimed she never gave that price and was rude, with a nasty attitude. If the price was $380.00, then just say that upfront. Why wait until the job is finished? Before they started on my vehicle, I told them I had spoken with Mary, and she confirmed the price was $320.00. They didn’t mention any price change until the job was completed. This reflects unethical business practices and horrible customer service.

They told me that I needed a computer for my jeep but they couldn't find one and that I needed to find one myself and they would put it on, after I was charged $500.00 my jeep still wouldn't work, I had my vehicle towed to another place and they fixed it without me having to find a computer (this was not the problem) they were very dishonest with me, I spent $500 for nothing with them. Don't go there they are shysters‼️

I had a great experience at Stars Muffler Shop in Fort Worth! Walter was awesome—he was able to work me in on the same day, which I really appreciated. Although the job was a bit noisy, he completed it quickly and efficiently. I was also impressed with the 1-year warranty he provided for the work. I’ll definitely bring my car back if I ever have any issues. Thanks for the excellent customer service, Walter

Catalytic converter replaced within 20 minutes or so + 1 year warranty. Bought 02 sensor myself and said they’ll add it on too. No complaints. Nice people. VERY fast service. Would recommend. Probably one of the lowest prices in the area too.

No good people 😕!!!I was quoted one price over the phone and when they finished it was double the quoted price and my truck still wasn't fixed, be very careful when dealing with these crooks.
UPDATE:::::Received a phone call from Mary's daughter (the owner that passed)telling me I'm no longer welcome to come there 😑 No worries, you crook!!!There are plenty shops I can go to that keep their word and to honest I wasn't coming back....
Oh and by the way I knew your mother for many years and you are nothing like your mom, she was honest and please don't call my phone ever again because that was harassment.

I called the muffler shop asking for my invoice because it was needed for a class action settlement against kia. The owner Mary was rude and very unprofessional because I didnt ask in a way she wanted me to! I never said they did anything to my vehicle but she wanted a reason for why? its none of your business and you dont have a policy that says ask a paying customer why? She told me word for word if I would have asked in the way she liked because im a young adult she couldve helped. I am grown!! and Your not my mother I dont have ask you in way that makes you happy. I asked nicely when I first got one the phone. I will never support this business again!!! After I told mary why was she being so rude over a invoice she said all i had to ask for was a receipt i said mary a invoice is a receipt lmaooo she was on speaker which she identifed after i had to let her know she was rude she tried to calm down but she was so upset she had to prove she as a boss lol and said goodluck finding my receipt but she thought she ATE girllllll god do not like ugly!!! Instead of assuming your shop messed up somebody car cause you scared to give a invoice just help the customer !!! If yall feel like they messed up your car they probably did!! I will be filling a BBB complaint and a FTC complaint

Before they even knew what I needed, or if I would utilize their shop I locked my keys in my car. Several guys went into action to get them out. Needless to say I'll definitely be back.
