From my first encounter with all of these ladies there was a pleasure and a sense of comfort. Just the waiting process that is long, it can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month to get approved for a place to call home. The website is incorrect with the pricing and the office hours as well. Kendra Rivers was really helpful and compassionate when it comes to her tenants. A great place and space to be in.

These apartments looks nice inside and the grounds wells keptPlus I has and good friend of mines Ms. Patricia Shelton one myuse to be neighbors where I live is one of you all so residents theirand she speaks really highly and nice about the property management and staff at you all so apartment complex.And she recommended me to you all to put in meand rental application with you all here

It’s warning before destruction.. I lived in this prison for 2 years .. Within the two years we have changed management more then 4 times .. With out notice or anything.. Keep up with your receipts their are scammers located inside.. If they ask u to get a money order red flag.. At least 1 time a month they send out false eviction notices just to rack up on our hard earned money.. They assume everyone is from the projects so they automatically treat u like trash ..The office manager currently in the office 12-1-23 .. Has a bad attitude as if u stole her man .. And doesn’t know what she’s doing.. Not to even mention the roaches will greet you with open arms when returning home from work.. Because the whole apartment complex have an infestation .. I would rather live in a shelter then this place I thank God I’m free.. The grass is greener over here.. And to the ones they pay to write a good review.. The proof is in the pudding.. Management don’t bother contacting me..

Horrible experience, the office lady’s are horrible and no help at all , we sent our deposit almost a month ago , never has it ever taken this long to get approved or denied. Everytime we go up there it’s something new . They never want to answer the phone . If I could give this no stars I would it’s horrible , not only that we asked for our deposit to go else where cause we’re done with it . And they told us we can’t get it back cause we haven’t been approved or denied. I never in my life heard anything like that . They won’t answer our calls so it looks like it’s going to be a court case

I had nothing but a positive experience in the office when applying. I was so welcomed by Mattie and J, but all the office staff showed me nothing but respect and patience. TY to the both of you, I’m enjoying my new place and to mention how nice it is. GOD BLESS THEM AND HOPE ALL HAVE THE EXPERIENCE I HAD.

Dealeatha Miss Dee Payne Is No longer The Manager she is The reason y'all money is Missing because She was In Hunts county Jail for AGG ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON Now What does housing have to say about That? Steady Charging people with no proof or a PAYMENT PLAN and Got The New Employees to go along with her Bullcrap If anyone has seen Miss Dee Before She got her body done While she was gone just look at her And She still Got that On her background and She on Probation look her up that's why the office be Closed Early

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Staff is far more responsive in online reviews than any other time you try to contact them, which makes me think this is the best way to reach them.It is raining in my living room—I live on the first floor. After talking to other residents, I was told that this is a known problem in my building that the office has been made aware of and has not fixed. I have been trying to contact the office and have put in a maintenance request as my ceiling is caving in and falling down in large chunks. The office staff is never in the office and the phone number is a dead end. It is 12:12 and we are still waiting to see if anyone is going to show up.Office hours are incorrect. They have “admin hour” for three hours beginning at 9am, show up at noon and then leave every day at 2pm for lunch and shut the office for the day.They are open from 12pm-2pm and never answer the phone.

I had an overall horrible experience trying to get an apartment here. I did my application in February, it’s now may and still nothing. They changed their hours to where they’re barely open and every time I show up to get my deposit back theyre always closed or having admin hour. The ladies themselves were nothing but kind and trying to be helpful. But it’s like trying to contact a brick wall. Some people have work and cannot get up there from 12- and completely closed on the weekend. I really wanted to stay here so it’s very frustrating but at this point I just want my deposit back. I’ll gladly remove this review as soon as I make contact with someone who can solve this so I never have to drive to this place again.

ME AND MY KIDS ARE SCARED FOR MY LIFE LIVING HERE NOW… the same new tenants are shooting at kids. Bullets does not have a name. It’s bad enough my kids have never been outside to play in these apartments. They can’t find my lease, assistance denied me because of a blank lease I was emailed.I signed a 6 month lease and when it was time to put my notice in, I was told I signed a 12 month but all of a sudden there is no copy of my lease. I have emails of me asking and being approved to sign a 6 month lease. I WOULDVE BEEN GONE IN FEBRUARY 2023. I JUST WANT TO BE OUT THIS LEASE AND DONT TURN BACK AGAIN!!! I have late fees that have not been remove and I was late during those times the previous manager MYRA was here. My kids are afraid and that just don’t sit right with me. It’s 11:04pm and I can’t sleep due to this mess. God be with whatever child was injured ??

Manager Dee are asking prospective residents to leave a good review and she will help them out. Honestly I passed I would rather move in get the full experience then leave an honest review then to mislead other potential residents that right there was a red flag for me. Be aware of the good reviews here could be her asking others to leave the reviews on her behalf. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The one star is for the price and quality of the unit, i went to apply feb. 16. I found myself driving 20+ minutes every other day (because no one ever call like they say, nor do they answer) for two months just for her to finally submit my application was finalized but no units are available. Mind you (two months AFTER) i initially applied. So that was money, time, and gas down the drain.

Omg I submitted my deposit on 4/27/22 & picked it back up 6/14/22 after calling every other day no answer or India telling me she is passing the message on but can’t mk them call me back. I made several trips to the office only for them to not put the open sign up till after 9am or tiesha promising to gv me a return call (that lady never called me in over 30 days of lying saying she would) & all I was asking was am I approved this place is disgusting poorly ran & needs new office personnel period. needless to say after seeing the post about shootings, tick infestation & no ac in several units on top of the unprofessional staff I’m glad I didn’t bring my family to stallion pointe

I've been living over here 2 years and I've never had any problems with anyone but that MF security guard y'all got the tall skinny light skin guy need to leave folks kids alone especially if they ain't doing anything, he needs to be fired and FAST
