Clean guest laundry room with three washers and driers, all operational.Well-equipped, clean, spacious fitness center.Good breakfast, served in a spacious, clean breakfast area. Standard Marriott fare. However, the scrambled eggs are pretty good, NOT overdone and rubbery.Have enough respect for guests of other faiths – or no faith at all – to discontinue bibles and Mormon books in guest rooms. Unwelcoming, intrusive, and insulting. It took stacking spare pillows in front to the door to block large gap introducing sleep disruptive light at night.

We stayed here after a Rangers game. I think it was about 10 minute drive once we finally got off Stadium Drive.Late checking in (around 11pm) and it was quick. The room was very spacious! We had 2 beds for 2 adults + 2 kids. Everything was very clean. If traveling with a baby- The closet was huge. Definitely big enough for a pack-n-play to fit in (although i don't know about air circulation, but door could be cracked).Breakfast was good and there was a big variety.

We had family there before us check us in so my interactions have been limited. But the rooms are really nice. Everything feels clean. There is a lot of space in the rooms. Bathrooms feel very nice. Even when hotels have been done up, after time it starts to have a dirty feel, which this one doesn't.

Wifi didn't work for 3 days straight. Asked the front desk multiple times. Each time they said they were gonna fix it but didn't.

I brought my family into town for 4 nights for the Easter weekend to spend time with them while in airline training so decided to use the SpringHillThe staff at the hotel has been absolutely excellent. Every front desk representative that I have spoken to has been extremely helpful and kind. They have made my family and I feel very welcomed.A special thank you to the ladies who serve breakfast in the morning. They went out of their way to be extra hospitable and assist my wife with our 5 month old baby.In short, I stay at a lot of hotels in my profession. This one is by far one of the best!

Upon my late arrival I was met with a very kind gentleman at the front desk. The room was new with modern decor, and it was super clean. Definitely great value for the money. The breakfast bar was so impressive with a nice variety of fresh items. It was very clean and a well organized area.Check-out was a breeze. The guy at the front desk was helpful in getting me on the shuttle to the American Airlines Corporate Office for my early morning appointment. Thanks to the shuttle driver and the front deckcrew for making it a wonderful and seamless stay.Once I arrived back home I realized that I left behind myfavorite hat in the room. I called the hotel, spoke with Seymour, he was very professional and kind. Seymour walked me through the steps to create a shipping label, and emailing it to the hotel so that he could box it up and get it ready for UPS pickup. A tracking number was created. My hat was returned. Thank you, Seymour for your kindness.

Nice rooms, has a couple of fast food places in the parking lot and several down the road. Rhonda at the front desk was amazing and even sang me the most beautiful Happy Birthday.

Rooms: Comfortable, clean, and modern.Safety: All entry and exit points lock down after 11pm. Great for keeping out unwanted guests while patrons can use their room key to come and go as they please.Food & drinks: Free breakfast was great! A large section and variety available with somthing for everyone. There is a snack shop near the front desk.

The rooms are quite large and modern with probably the largest walk-in closet I've ever seen in a hotel room. The breakfast is the usual boring industrial food served in every American hotel. This is another hotel that doesn't give points or stay credit when your employer pays for it because their multi million dollar corporate greed is more important than your loyalty as a customer.Rooms: It's a large studio room, not really a suite with sparate room. The sofa is large enough to be used as extra bed if needed

Front desk experience was less than satisfactory for a platinum member. Fridge dis not work in the room and was not fixed after notification of the problem.

I only stayed here due to a business trip. This hotel has a lot of potential to be better, however, it is unknown what they are doing to make it a 5-star hotel. The year we live in is 2024, you would think by now that they would have a better selection at the "continental breakfast" in the mornings. However, they don't. Terrible selection of food to eat. The typical "make your own waffles", muffins, danishes, cereal, meat, instant eggs, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee, and tea. However, what you won't see is anything satisfying for vegans to eat. Okay, the only thing that I spotted was chilled plant milk for the dry cereal. The last day I stayed at Springhill, the plant milk wasn't fresh and made me sick. I'm sorry, but I don't just want to eat fruit for breakfast. Why not have veg yogurt, soy milk, potatoes, veg sausage, waffle batter not made without eggs or milk, muesli, onion, and bell pepper medley, just to name a few ideas. They definitely could afford to include such items to the breakfast to make it more universal for all.Another thing I did not care for was once I arrived in the hotel room, I couldn't get the internet to connect to my personal computer. It was giving me an error and wasn't connecting after many tried times, it just wouldn't work. I ended up having to restart my computer for it to work.I had an issue with the door to the restroom. It was already broken and gave me a hard time opening it and then sometimes it wouldn't even shut properly. The beds were very firm, but the pillows made it for it. Not good especially if you suffer from a sensitive back and neck. Trust me, I am dealing with achy pained back and neck from that stiff bed.Weirdly, the AC stayed on the set temperature of 70 degrees throughout the day, but as soon as I placed it on 70 for nighttime, it would work for a few minutes then it would shut off for energy conservation causing me to wake up in sweats. Two things good going this hotel is the staff: shout out to Rhonda and Seymour. They were extremely nice and accommodating. The staff in training was meh, the new chick was staring at me too hard and made me feel uncomfortable. The other thing is the location; it is near many restaurants, it's located off of a busy freeway, and the area looks very new. Rhonda mentioned that the hotel was built 2 years ago. With that being said, you would think, they would bring their A+ game. Yet, I can see why my coworker mentioned that this hotel would normally be considered a 2-star hotel as a general census.I'd be more wary before I make the mistake of staying at Springhill Suites again.Nearby activities: Restaurants
