Terrible service, my car was in the shop for 2 months without doing ANYTHING, he asked me for an advance and didn't give me the money back!!!! Carlos Campos “owner” SCAMMER and he goes to church without shame!!! -5 stars

Never Take your car to this shop they do terrible work they lie about repairs and parts Absolutely terrible paid 1500 to repair my daughters car which is a hybrid and I told them if they didn’t know how to fix hybrids let me take my car somewhere else that does Carlos reassured me he could fix anything which was a absolute lie had to returned my daughter car three times and car is still not fix shop refuses to give me my money back I also took mu truck to get repaired first ther rack and piñon and just found out I havr a bad oil leak coming from the rack and pinnon I Shop Is trash Save your money and go find a shop that know what they doing cause this shop doesn’t have a clue

The service and the manager, CARLOS, were terrible. The worst place I've been to late, a liar who charges you for things he doesn't do, he doesn't answer your calls Carlos is a coward who hides in his employees and will take your money without thinking, he will scam you when you leave, don't go there that place, and don't deal with the thief and cowardly swindler Carlos, I hope the money he swindled from me will help the old man.

I was charged 600 dollars to change out my air compressor on they 17th they told me to bring it back last Saturday so I did they had my car for 6 hours and they told me to that I needed another part so I took it somewhere else and found they didn't change my air compressor.

if I could give them no stars I would the owner wanted money up front for motor gave him the $4500.00 months went by no motor no car finally after 8 months had my car towed to another shop I've been trying to get my $4500.00 back and to this day zero! he stopped taking my calls and won't see me, going to file a consumer complaint with attorney general and a lien on his business stay away from this crook

My car has been in there for 2months and about to be 3! I paid Carlos $1200 to fix the car and told me it’ll be done in a week but no. Every time I check he isn’t there or is on “vacation” and told me he had the part to fix it a month ago and still hasn’t been finished. I went to get something out my car and looks like it has never been touched ! I’ll keep calling and texting the shop everyday till I get it backService: Engine repair

If I had an option to choose zero stars I would choose.Took my car to get looked at, the mechanic goes by "El Gordo". He took a piece of my car that didn't need to be changed and stated that it would fix the problem, he didn't have my car ready on the day he said it'll be ready. I picked up my car when ready and I still had the same issue, when I asked him he said I should of paid him more money "I get what I paid for". He continued to say I needed other parts fixed, to fix ONE issue. Carlos the owner has not returned any of my phone calls, every time I go looking for him, he either hides or is never there. Very bad service I would stay away from this place!!! He took advantage of my mother which is an elder.I ended up taking my car some where else to get the problem fixed and I paid less that what they charged me at Speedy and was told that it seemed like the pervious mechanic didn't try to fix anything.

I came to this particular Speedy Tires on Friday September 2, 2022 around 5:30 PM CDT to rectify a tire balancing and rotation issue on my 2005 KIA Spectra5 after visiting two other tire shops earlier in the day with no success or remedies to my issues above. Carlos and his team kindly greeted and welcomed me into the shop and got to work quickly on my vehicle. The team took their time to properly calibrate and program the tire balancing machine, perform a visual inspection of my new tires installation, checkout the front and rear end, and even air up all of my tires to the proper tire pressure (PSI). The tire balancing and rotation service came out excellent and the cost was only $40.00 which is very reasonable in today's market. My vehicle now drives so smooth and track straight with no vibrations, shuddering, noises, or other issues at all. Thank you so much to Carlos and his team for servicing and assisting me in resolving my above tire issues. I will definitely be back to bring him and his team more business in the future. Took my truck to Carlos campos was given a price to get my truck done computer swap wiring harness swap exhaust and safety inspection I supplied all the parts computer harness flowmaster and the price he wanted which was $1,000 he put my truck back in a corner inside his shop and the truck sat for the next month I paid his price but he never touched my truck other than to move it inside his shop I have taken my truck back out of his shop after hearing excuse after excuse of why my truck wasn't done or that he had done some work to the truck that had nothing to do with why my truck was there or even what he was supposed to be doing to my truck but it was just another lie to keep me happy and make me believe that he was actually doing something to my truck well when I finally got my truck out of the hole it was in and out of the shop my truck did not start as it had sat so long the battery was now dead then I was told by staff that my truck was being worked on and that it wouldn't start because they were working on it after telling them they needed to do something they put a jump box and my truck started I have my truck at home now but I'm waiting for my refund and I expect a full refund as nothing was done to my truck Carlos campos I don't see how you are still in business if this is how You operate I told u I was going to put reviews as well as put it on you tube well it's there go have a look for yourself even his employees are worried about how they are gonna get paid and I have all that documented as well video is posted on you tube on my channel "Choloscustoms" video is titled my experience with speedy tires I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well as contacted the local news about this see if they pick up the story or not he already has an F rating with the BBB DO NOT take your vehicle here for work he is a scam
