Got the help I needed and something I didn't. One of the workers started texting me after he transferred my number over to Spectrum. Azael. Had to get a friend to text him and warn him to stop. He did stop when that happened. Not sure who all he does that too.

So I have to say I am upset about this visit and how things were not handled properly. I lived my service to my new address and had to return the old addresses equipment, we'll I returned it and once I was home received a call to return the new equipment as well which was working. I was already behind on my school work and returning my equipment and picking up new equipment that I've plugged in did not work and I had to call support again to activate it and by the time this nightmare process was done it was past the deadline for my assignment. No one cared in any way about that or the fact I had to drive up to the store twice wasting my time and gas! Extremely frustrating

I came to this location to return some equipment and the process could not have been easier. Very friendly and helpful staff member. I was in and out in 2 minutes.

Canceled service well in advance. Clearly stated I would not transfer service because spectrum was not available at new location and my internet was included in my rent. They lied and stated, I communicated I would call back to confirm I still wanted to cancel account. Unethical corporate business practices

Went in to pay a past due bill with multiple cards. 50 dollars on one card disappeared 94.71 dollars on another card followed suit. So far I am out almost 145 bucks

I went in on 21Nov22, to have one service cancelled. The employee cancelled both of my services. That's ridiculous. I'm not out and have to wait a day to have a chance for my internet to be turned back on.

We came not sure what we would do, but Kaitlyn was AMAZING and so so helpful. Will definitely drive the almost 30 miles just to work with her.

I called about my internet speed and was told by the rep that I needed to bring the old modem in to be swapped out. I got here at 12 pm on a wed. There are two employees and 5 customers I'm third in line. You log in at the kiosk by the door and wait in the queue. People are just walking in and not signing in so there is that. The place is nice and the AC is legit. The two employees seem to be personalizing their service to the person they are helping. The longer they take with those customers more and more people keep walking in. Seems like the clientele is older and as I people watch... the clients are in need of a lot more one on one time and more employees are needed! Dee got to me 25 min and she was just as happy and friendly! Process was easy but plan on a wait!

We have had a cable laying in our and our neighbors front lawn, running to the back yard and down the street for two months ; they were supposed to bury it but after repeated phone calls it is still there. we have had the biggest run around!!!!!
