I worked here for a week, didn’t actually get trained for my position until like 3-4 days in. I got fired cause I wasn’t “interacting with the dogs” if she watched the cameras like she claimed she did, then she would know that I did interact with the dogs and take them to the gym! Maybe you should tell your groomers to let the workers know before they take the dogs. Janice is extremely rude and inconsiderate. She yelled and belittled me on my first day, when I wasn’t properly trained!! I would not recommend this place to anybody!!
Edit: she doesn’t even remember me, thinks I worked with the cats. Hilarious!! And yes, this is my real name. Shows you how much she pays attention to her employees

We are new to the Spa Paws Hotel family. We are happy with our experience. Morty and Sophie seem to be adjusting to their new life experience of daycare and boarding. We 2 Dads are also adjusting to this new life experience … LOL
Thank to the staff for helping our family settle in♥️

If I could have chosen 0 starts I would have. Janice is truly the rudest, most inferior business owner with no customer service skills whatsoever. Both of our precious dogs went to Spa Paws perfectly healthy, 3 days later when we picked them up, they were both extremely ill and had to be hospitalized for 3 days. Janice took full responsibility at first, said she would pay all of our vet bills and reimburse our boarding. Then she blamed us for sending sick dogs to her facility. She did not honor her word on reimbursement which is okay, I just don’t want her or her staff to hurt any other fur babies. Please read all reviews. This place is horrendous with poor reviews and disgruntled employees. ?

Worked here for a day, was so bad I didn't go back AND THEY DIDNT EVEN PAY ME FOR THAT DAY BUT STILL GOT SENT THE FORM FOR MY TAXES!!!. For starters it was a full 8 hour shift and the dogs were only taken out to the restroom once out of their very small rooms (unless its a small breed) and because the girl who was supposed to be training me just told me to do it while she went back to the little kitchen area to be on her phone AND talk on the phone. I would never recommend this place to anyone !

My fiance took our dog Griffin here for a bath and got him back with his nose and tail shaved with no notice of what was being done. When we went to pay we were informed that they had to shave parts of him and it would be 120 dollars. Then asked for a receipt they said that the machine was down so we couldn't get one. After paying we were given our dog and he looks ridiculous with only parts shaven and most if his body left fluffy. People were very nice all other things considered but it was too pricey for not very good grooming so we won't be back.

I first found spa paw because they are the only place that sells N&D farmina. Janice was so nice and informative. The place is really an all in one spot. They offer everything you could ever need. I started using their daycare and boarding services about 7 months ago when my job went from remote to hybrid. I was a little nervous because of the reviews but every time I go, the dogs all seem so happy and the staff is super friendly. I usually take my girls to camp bow wow eastchase, but they are just too far from my job and Spa paw is only 6 minutes away. I started bringing my little rescue girl here 2 days a week for daycare. She was a bit shy at first but the staff has really worked with her and brought her out of her shell. One employee even asked me to bring her a ball and frisbee because she taught my girl how to play with them and she loved it. I have also started using their boarding services recently. I explained to the staff that I was worried about boarding my Mavis girl because she’s a rescue from an abuse case. They reassured me that they would take good care of her, and had plenty of experience with rescues. They have staff there 24/7 so the dogs are never alone. The dogs are not caged but put in rooms. All I want is the best for my little Mavis especially after being put through such cruelty in her short life, and from what I can see that’s exactly what she gets here at spa paw. She’s so excited to go with the staff at drop off and always wagging her tail during pickup. She seems to love everyone, and has become so confident. We absolutely love spa paw.

I wish I could leave a rating of 0 stars. DO NOT take your dogs to SPA PAWS! We took our two perfectly healthy, happy dogs to Spa Paws last weekend, and they both came home extremely sick. We knew the minute we picked them up that something seemed off with them. We sent brand new, unopened cans of food for each of them with strict instructions for feeding. I always send plenty of food just in case of delays with travel etc. When the staff brought our things to us, there was no food left. We asked the owner to look into this, knowing that if our dogs ate all of the food that was sent, this would be extreme overfeeding, which can cause sudden illness in small dogs. (we have two 8lb. Chihuahuas) The minute we put them in our car, one of our dogs was violently ill, with both diarrhea and projectile vomiting. The other dog started vomiting as soon as we arrived home. We contacted Janice immediately, she told us to take them to our vet and she would pay for our bill. She also said that we would receive a credit the next day on our credit card for the boarding stay ($480). We followed her instructions, took them to our veterinarian where they spent two days in the hospital getting various medications and IV fluids. We sent all of the records to Janice and she did NOT pay for our bill, and did NOT credit our boarding. We have all of this in writing from her, she gave us her word she would do the right thing. So, almost $1,200 later, she argued that this was not her fault and blamed us for their illness. She even went as far as to curse at my husband, and hung up the phone on him. She is extremely unprofessional, took no accountability for what happened to our sweet girls, and blamed us for their illness. The turn over at Spa Paws is extremely high too, please read other reviews, one dog lost an eye boarding at Spa Paws.

The owner and the staff are super kind and friendly. Lucas, my dog, stayed in the hotel for 5 days and they took care of him very well. He had play time and it seemed that he really had a good time there. I'm grateful to the staff and definitely will book more stays in this pet hotel in the future when I need it.

They took the most amazing care of my two elderly boxers, one of which had some special needs. She needed lots extra attention because she was in a wheelchair. They went above and beyond! I couldn't have asked for a better facility or their team! The whole staff was absolutely wonderful. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Do not shop at this place because for one they hire uneducated employees that can not even do a simple thing which call READ in regards to help a customer out inquiring about a product. Secondly when the owner finally tries help to find out what was needed from a customer she was worse then her employee. OMGosh lady its a wonder why you have more bad reviews then good reviews. Lady for your sake and everyone else just close your place down and do not open another animal facility!! You not deserve to run a animal facility!

if i could leave zero stars i would! do not and i repeat do not leave your pets here. they do not clean properly, they are extremely unprofessional. what you see in the front is a complete lie and a scam. they are run by a 71 year old incompetent owner who is struggling to run her business. it is completely filthy in the back and workers are left unsupervised at all times. if you love your pet. do not leave them here.
