Let me start out by saying that this was a big purchase for us. My husband has a 2017 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner Crew cab truck that he loves. We bought it barely used and the only flaw was the that seats had stains. I wanted to get hem recovered in leather but needed guidance and was very price conscious. I called Southside Trim and talked to Dez ... multiple times as I had more questions. I debated premade seat covers. I checked prices with 7 other establishments. I read reviews. I asked everyone I knew every question I could think of. Finally I called Dez (who has the patience of Jobe! ) and made the decision. I went in to see her and she guided me through what kind to get, what color, and what color contrasting stitching. She got the leather seat covers in in days and I made the installation appointment for the next morning. They had it done 4 1/2 hours! And let me say, they are stunning!!! This was a complete surprise for my husband who was sooooo thrilled and impressed at how beautiful they are. Thank you Dez and Southside Trim ! You made our Christmas! You give Customer Service a good name , again! I whole heartedly recommend you!!!

I was completely surprised to see the great job since i was not sure about getting something besides a factory product. The new interior door panels are better than factory they were perfect, and the stitching matched the seats and interior highlights.
I would recommend them to anyone, and I'll be back, I'm sure.

Passenger seat back in my older Lexus came off, it was time fix it! Stopped in to Southside Trim and was I greeted and hooked up with a Technician… he quickly assessed my issue, and went into his shop made repair and found clips to work! Super impressed, in and out in 20 minutes and no charge! Thank you Southside Trim!

Poor customer service. Had katzkin seat covers installed here. These guys didn’t even bother to steam the leather to remove wrinkles.

Unprofessional and don’t really know what they are doing. Was fooled by the seemingly good review. Came for a simple interior repair of a seat backboard where the glue from the factory failed, they said it was something they can do, their repair failed 4 days later. I came back to them asking for a resolution/repair they refused to help or refund me and took no blame for the poor repair they did. Would not recommend them

Amazing work! Very knowledgeable and patient. I'm so happy with the work done here. South Side Trim had to redo work that another shop had done to my car. This other shop did so much damage bc they didn't know what they were doing and South Side Trim fixed or informed me of everything the other shop had messed up. I order Katzkin from the place in CA and they shipped them to South Side Trim & Glass to do the install on my 2022 Toyota RAV4. I expected to be there for about 5-6 hours, but that had plenty of workers and it was ready to go in about 2.5 hours. They did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone needed excellent service and a great waiting area.
