I am so amazed on how well Ms.Angell & Ms.Bre are doing with my son . Since he has changed daycares he has improved on behavior and He comes home in a great mood and has expressed to us how much he likes it at his new daycare and he tell us how he loves his teacher's and that they are very nice to him. This means the world to me because the last day are he was at did not treat him well. Thank you Ms.Bre and Ms Angel for taking such good care of him....

South Hulen Kindercare is one of the best daycares I have ever experienced! My kiddos have a home away from home here. I have no doubt my kids are safe, genuinely loved, and receive the best care. South Hulen Kindercare meets children where they are and are not afraid to get creative when ensuring the success of each child. The staff is always kind and welcoming. I would recommend to all my friends and family!

It is a good day care because my sister is in there she's one years old love sis daycare and I'll my put my kids there I didn't know they have school it's nice so I gave you a 5-star

I love the daycare the infant teacher Ms.Fredia been taking care of my kids since they was a month old! Ms.Ashley of the Toddler class is one of the best teachers as well she have taken the best care of my kids when they leave the infant room

My son has been going to KinderCare since he was a baby and now he is one, I could not have picked a better daycare. Ms Freda is great and I just love her and the way she takes care of my son, and all the caregivers are welcoming and nice. Thank you KinderCare

I’ve been very grateful to Ms. Freda for her care of my baby, who is in the infant room. He’s been there since he was 8 or 9 weeks and he has been treated very well. She and the other teachers are attentive and caring of him. They have kept me updated, too, which I deeply appreciate. The director, Ms. Andrea, is also very kind and professional. All the teachers are friendly and always smiling. I’m comforted by knowing they genuinely care about the children. Ms. Freda is especially passionate about keeping the infants safe and happy, which I find comforting.

We have been taking our daughter here since she was 6 weeks old and can’t express enough how the entire Kindercare staff has essentially been an extension of our family. The director and assistant director Ms. Andrea and Ms. Jasmine are incredibly kind, professional, and most importantly their communication style is transparent and comforting creating an incredibly trusting environment. My daughter started in the infant room with Ms. Freda and Ms. Ziah who always ensured our daughter was well taken care of, enriched, and loved how they always had a story for us when we came to get our daughter from that day. They made me feel like I didn’t miss out when I already felt the guilt of going back to work. Ms. Freda was also incredibly helpful when I asked her my anxiety-induced first time momma questions. I’m forever grateful for her tips and guidance as I navigated being a new mom.Our daughter “graduated” to the toddler room earlier this year where she is now with Ms. Ashley and I am AMAZED at how she runs her classroom. My husband and I call her the toddler whisperer because every morning we walk in all the students are sitting perfectly in their chairs, happily playing together with the activity she laid out for the day. We have noticed since she’s been in her classroom her speech and helpful heart have been blossoming that I know would have not been without the help of Ms. Ashley. Ms. Ashley teaches kindness and thoughtfulness to her students and it shows when we sneak in to pick up our daughter and watch her before she notices us, she plays well with her classmates, helps with clean up, and listens well to her teacher. I will always appreciate the thoughtfully regimented style of how Ms. Ashley runs her classroom that instills routine and respect for others but is still fun and allows our kiddos to be their silly little selves in a safe environment that is fundamental to these first years of their lives. I love and trust that my daughter is going to have so many positive experiences from this Kindercare facility that will follow her into adulthood as they help us lay the foundation to who she will be as a person.

My little sweetheart has been a student here for over a year now. I have not met a more kind, caring group to care for and teach my little. I’m grateful for each and every teacher and administrator there.

They are short staffed & overworked. This review is to the entire Kindercare org.My son has been attending this daycare for 3 months. There were times he would come home and say kids are hitting him. We spoke to the teachers there & they said that it is not happening. We decided to believe the school because my son did not know the names of the kids & we understand kids sometimes tell fibs... but today that all changed.I'm getting my son dressed for school and he has bruises all down his leg. These are not your typical bruise from a fall, these bruises are from when you've been hit repeatedly. I'm hurt as a parent that I did not believe my son first because only God knows how long this has actually been happening.Also, my son gets home yesterday and he changes his underwear. He literally has poop in his underwear. Not skid marks but actual poop. How can teachers not recognize that my son has pooped himself. My son must of been sitting in his own poop all day yesterday. Nobody thought to check or to even call me. I would of came down and personally wiped his butt and gave him new underwear myself.The previous week before 1/26/21 my son gets home and begins vomiting everywhere. I noticed he is throwing up the same food he had for lunch. How do I know? because i checked the app and saw he was throwing up beans. My poor boy was throwing up all night & it was painful to see because I was helpless and was not able to do anything.When I got to the school this morning 2/2/22 and ask to speak to someone about this im told by the teacher. "Right now is not a good time because im in ratio & we are short staffed."I don't know what upper management is doing or the owners but more money needs to be allocated to the safety of our children and hiring more staff. You have staff that is overworked, the Director Mrs.Andrea is traveling between two locations back and forth.I truly believe the staff is trying as hard they can given the resources but this place needs to be audited by the state & I will ensure that happens. I cannot imagine what happens to other children who don't tell their parents what is occurring on a day to day.I will not be bringing my child back to this daycare. As a father I am being disappointed that I did not see the signs and I subjected my child to such an environment. I will not tell any parent how to raise their child but this is not a safe environment for a child.Hopefully, you guys will do better for the sake of the parents who trust you with their children.

Recently I decided to make the tough decision to go back to work but couldn’t do so until I found a daycare that I knew would truly care about my son and his development. I have found that here. It first started when I met with Ms. Nita and Ms. Tish during my daycare tour which happened after hours as a safety precaution for COVID. I immediately loved the feel of the daycare it showed a love for the kids that go there but also was very cleanly and organized. I loved hearing about Kindercare’s curriculum and the emphasis on ages and stages. What really won me over was listening to the passion both Nita and Tish have for the work that they do and the love they have for the kids who attend.It was tough on my son and myself transitioning to daycare life. We had our own schedule, he hadn’t been around that many people in his life and we hadn’t consistently been apart like this since he was born. However, with the dedication of his teacher Ms. Dominique, my son now runs in to hurry to get to his class (well most days). She has gotten him to take his sippy cup and he no longer screams for a bottle. She works with him on drinking water which he hates but she hasn’t given up on him yet. Lastly, my kiddo is a picky eater but she continues to find ways to make sure he eats and tries new foods. To me he has gained another bonus aunt and I’m incredibly grateful for her and her persistence.I have nothing but praises to sing for every employee I have encountered. I truly feel my son is safe, cared for, and being educated at Kindercare South Helen. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

I started KinderCare because I got my self into a little something personal but since my family my son loves being there because every teacher who works Infint room and toddler are amazing and great with my son also love how mrs Nita is great with communication love how she treat all children the same with repeat always has great attitude! I would recommend for any family bring there children’s here.but will also like to say thank you to all teachers working at KinderCare

This center has been an answer to my prayers. The center director is kind and understanding. She listens to your concerns or questions and addresses them with genuinity. They have been a blessing to my family and I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else!

The director Ms. Nita makes the daycare worth giving 5 stars. I love everything about her and so does my kids. She is so good with all of the kids. The reason I gave 3 stars is because her assistant director is dishonest and lazy and I'm speaking from experience not from he say she say. The teachers are great with the kids and I love how my children wants to attend daycare. I recommend this childcare if you want to leave your kids while you work, knowing that they're going to be ok. Thank you KinderCare staff for everything!
