I have a house full of equipment this company installed and they refuse to come and fix it. The claim they are to busy with new installations and have a six month waiting list for service. Avoid this company!!

This company has made huge money installing a lot of equipment in my home. They refuse to service the equipment because the claim to have 6 months of installation contracts and don't have time to service what they installed. Avoid this greedy company.

We bought a home with Control4. Robert and Nick were fantastic! They helped us figure out how to use our system, reset all our settings and were so knowledge about the system and took time to explain and teach us every component. Such great service!!

You will not be disappointed if you work with the talented team at Sound Ideas. I have worked with them on multiple projects (an initial home theater design and installation, an upgrade to that system 10 years later, and a surveillance camera project at our new home). On every project, the quality starts immediately with your discussion with Robert. The team will work with you to fit the project to meet your budget. They use high quality equipment and the team always handles the installation quickly, efficiently, and very professionally. I cannot recommend Sound Ideas highly enough. They are an outstanding company to work with.

I'm a tremendous fan of Sound Ideas. They initially wired my home when under construction, then hung TVs and ran wiring at my office and subsequently returned to my home to install a home automation system. Chris and his team are honest, trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable. Chris has been very patient with me while I've peppered him with numerous questions. They are always accessible, easy to talk to and understanding of their customers needs and desires and VERY quick to respond. I won't go anywhere else.

I was very happy with the system I purchased from them. My wife and I have actually stopped going to the movies and just wait for stuff to come out on blu-ray disc now. I really appreciate them because I can call and ask their advice anytime and they always give it. They don't try to hard sell anything which I really like.
