I love the around the room windows and that it's up on the 2nd floor. I ALWAYS recommend this place to people but I've learned that it really depends on what class and instructor you take. For example, I took a power vinyasa with kelsey that was fantastically led even though the class was so booked we were packed in like sardines. On the other hand, took a vin + yin with ~6 other ppl in the class and you could barely hear the instructor to follow along. Also the room never got hot-- i was under the impression that all the classes were hot but i could be wrong .

Soul Sweat is the best yoga studio in Fort Worth! The studio is beautiful, open and bright. The staff is very friendly and personable and have created a welcoming, inclusive community. Soul Sweat offers many different yoga classes- restorative, strength classes with weights, upbeat vinyasa , aerial and a traditional sequence class. These classes are available to both new and experienced yoga students. The classes are beneficial both mentally and physically. I am so grateful for this studio!!

I was really looking forward to this class. I went yesterday at 7:30 pm class and was so excited until the class started. It was my first time and had no ideas of the rules, so I brought in my earbuds and phone to listen to music while I do yoga. So the first 10 minutes of the class I was listening to music on my earbuds and mind you I had a playlist on so I wasn’t on my phone at all. and outta of nowhere the instructor taps my shoulder and tells me phones are not acceptable in the class and I said I was sorry and took off my earbuds and put it by my phone and she said she’s gonna have to take it and will give it back at the end of the class. I have no problem with the rule of not bringing your phone it but Rachel the instructor embarassed me. Made me feel like a kid in elementary school and did not apperciate that since it was my first time ever going to a class and already felt self conscious so I brought my earbuds so I can ignore my fear of working out with new people and a new class. As the class continued, when we were told to stagger out for a new pose and I was confused what she meant so I asked the girl next to me what do I need to do if I need to move my mat or just my body in the mat, and out of nowhere Rachel pops up and seems annoyed and grabs my shoulder and tries to move me to the spot. Also did not apperciate that. I don’t feel comfortable going back but I did love the class and the hot environment but really did not like the instructor. I wish my experience was better. And probably would not recommend to a first timer. I hope Rachel figured it out and finds a way to make ppl feel more comfortable. Also she talks you thru the poses but you can’t hear it. So I’m not sure why earbuds are a problem if you can’t even hear what the instructor is saying anyways.

I am an endurance runner who is currently rehabbing a foot injury. I wanted something to give me a similar feeling to the “runner’s high” I’ve loved for the past 9 years, but without the impact. I dropped into a SSHY class last week and knew immediately that this was the thing for me. I have never enjoyed an exercise practice other than running as much as this. It’s similar both in sweat and in the meditative aspect. I can see myself continuing here even after I’m back on the trails.

Dropped in for a class and still had the same issue I had before. This time is was Madeleine young, and she wasn't teaching the class she was just taking it. She saw my phone sitting next to me, and approached me and told me no phones in class. I said "I didn't bring a bag" she said "but they can't be in the room at all and no talking" ...yet she spoke to me first! I wouldn't be talking if she didn't talk to me. So I asked her why do you have an attitude? "she said I don't have attitude but you could talk to melinda about it." Other then that Lauren Lawrence class was great and she had awesome music!

Beautiful views. Great music. The 60% humidity adds extra challenge and sweat- love their hot 60 and express series. This is great if you’re into high energy sweaty yoga. Not pretentious, feels welcoming. Good vibes. One of the best yoga studios I’ve been to!

Overall pretty disappointed with the session. The music was wayyy to loud for a yin class, and the song selection was just terrible. I feel like I could've probably gotten behind it if it had been relaxing, ambient music with no lyrics buts just the indie version of the top 50 songs blaring at you while you're trying to relax. Overall it felt like "yoga but make it trendy." The instructor also seem confused as to what's going on (she was reading out of a book for the first 10-15 minutes).

I've been practicing at Soul Sweat for over 6 years and have attended about 1,000 classes there. Soul Sweat is Fort Worth's #1 yoga studio for a reason...actually lots of reasons! The facility is awesome - great heat in the rooms, nice sound system for the excellent & widely varying selection of music played during classes, super-clean locker/shower rooms - really everything about the facility is great. They offer a full schedule of a wide range of classes every week -- there are lots of classes everyday so you can always fit a class into your schedule. The staff is so helpful with whatever you need, and the other yogis are very friendly and welcoming - a very positive vibe! And best of all are the teachers - highly skilled and very knowledgeable -- super friendly, encouraging, and helpful!

There is no doubt in my mind that this is the greatest yoga studio on the face of the planet. I've been to yoga classes in at least 7 US states & Soul Sweat wins in every category. The instructors are so nice, never pushy, and have diverse body types. The pricing is clear & fair. Scheduling in the Mind Body app is easy. There is a filtered water station, clean bathrooms with amenities to shower, change or even do your hair. The attention to detail in regards to cleanliness is also top-notch.The classes are accessible to all & there are always modifications for every movement. They can be challenging, relaxing, or energizing.. it's all what you put into it.Soul Sweat Yoga.

I love this place!! I started with the one month unlimited Groupon and was hooked, ever since I’ve been coming multiple times a week. I used to have lower back pain, that is now completely gone. After just two months of coming consistently I have noticed a change in my body, everyone who works here has the best attitude, the studio itself is so cute and every yoga class is fun a different. It is truly the best part of my day coming here. If it’s your first time coming, i recommend taking Lisa’s or Chaz’s class, they are the best instructors!

Great studio with a lot of different classes to accommodate busy schedules. I tried it out with a Groupon, which is ideal because it makes it more financially accessible to find out if these classes are a good fit for you. I came in with a Bikram background, so the flows and postures were a little different than I was used to, definitely faster paced. The addition of music is also fun and something different. The instructors are all very nice, and the locker rooms and studio space are clean and inviting.
