Great car wash! I’m client here for 4 years already. Never had scratches after washing car wash itself using cloth brushes instead plastic as on any other car wash, and employees really do great job wiping car after washing.
My car had ceramic coating and because car wash using cloth brushes that’s why I start using this particular car wash, and 4 year later there was no scratches at all! Scratches like you can see on any car paint - this annoying micro circular scratches all over the paint. Highly recommend!

Excellent service!! They cleaned my car like new, I loved how they left my car, they cleaned it very well, it was what I was looking for, they were fast and detailed with their work, it is definitely one of the places I would return to!

Today my husband and I went to Soapy Jeff’s to get our truck washed. We were extremely disappointed by both the service and the quality of the wash. After the wash, our truck sat for 20 minutes before any staff wiped it down. The young lady that should have been tending to our truck was too busy on her phone. Meanwhile all the other customers that came after us left before us. So our wait time was much longer. When they finally finished, it was clear that they hadn’t paid any attention to detail. Dirt and grime were still visible in several areas, and they missed spots on the windows and wheels. The interior leather backseat had scratch marks that wasn’t there before. For the price I paid, I expected a much more clean and thorough job. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality service. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere!

I’ve been coming to this car wash since I can remember. My dad would always bring me with him, on car wash days. He has always brought his trucks here, and now this is where we bring our family vehicles. The staff here has always been nice and helpful.

Told me it would cost more because of all the bugs on the grill. Paid the extra cost and had to have them go back two times to get the bugs off. They tried to tell me it was scratches. Then how come I can scrape them off with my fingernail? You got two chances, IM DONE! Won’t be back!

I have 2 unlimited monthly membership passes to have my 2 cars washed here.
I am a regular customer, coming 2 times a week for the last 6 months. On Monday, I had an incident that left me upset and I am near cancelling both membership plans.
I gave my car to Carmen and asked for the usual wash and vacuum. She pulled up my membership and told me what's included. So I asked if they clean my mats and she said no, even though I have a membership. She tried to upsell me for $10 and asked me to buy a $180 gift card. I declined both offers.
So then, they washed my car and came and got me. As usual I walk around the car and check everything because these cars are my prized possessions. I use them for my business so you know they have to look good every day.
One of the workers asked me to open my frunk (front trunk on a Tesla) so she could dry it. All of a sudden Carmen starts yelling at her from across the parking lot to stop. Started speaking in Spanish to her and basically told me they'll get in trouble if she does that.
Carmen said her manager told her to say all this. She told me the names Cesar and Jose. Not sure which one is the manager. I asked her to go get him but she said he doesn't speak English. So he sent Carmen to lecture the employee and me.
How do you have managers that don't speak English, and don't talk to customers? How does he accuse me or your employees of doing something she didn't do?
Carmen kept saying they'll get fired if she does extra stuff that I didn't pay for. So I asked her to show me what she's talking about and she couldn't. There was nothing extra asked for and nothing extra done to my car. So basically I got lectured by a teenager for doing something her manager thinks was going on from across the parking lot.
Yelling like that across the parking lot is a bad image (Carmen) to other customers and it made me feel like I did something I wasn't supposed to do. POOR customer service.
You need to talk to your employees about accusing customers and acting unprofessional. No accountability by your attending manager. He went inside and hid. Didn't want to come talk to me.
